Its an absolute travesty that Andrade has not been in the mix with all the other top fighters in his division. I feel sorry he has not got the breaks but here it is. A very awkward fighter and i saw him as a nightmare for a good few others but those fights never happened for some reason. He is a really smart man inside this ring.

John Ryder earned the Canelo fight by fighting Zach Parker and stopping him. Andrade had first dibs on Parker, but for some reason decided to avoid that, only to fight Demond Nicholson, buried deep on Tank's undercard. Called Lara "Boring" when the time came for them to fight each other, and said he'd rather fight Culkay. Said Janibek couldn't tie his shoes when it came to fighting him. Pulled out of the Mell Charlo fight a few days beforehand. He has his own self to blame. Only fights that didn't happen that he shouldn't take the blame for is Triple G. Everything else is his own doing.

Booboo for the win on points. Hls IQ is just way too elite and the way he throws punches from weird angles is a problem for anybody plus he's south paw. Yeah he's much older than benavidez but he can move and he can move well. He's looking stronger too so I'm excited to see if that extra weight will have a bigger impact when he punches

I believe age is going to be a factor in this fight.. not to much of experience... This fight is basically a young lion vs an older Lion (Demetrius)... The oder goes have a chance to win but only if the older Lion uses his experience and attributes as he did when he was younger.. but the younger lion( Benaviaz )still has all the will and energy to beat the older Lion simply because of his stamina, strength, endurance and I Q...the young lion may win this fight simply cause of his youth 🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊

Sampson Lewkowicz, David's promoter, has been telling us since October of last year that DB was going to fight Morrell, and Dan Rafael admitted to seeing signed contracts, but Canelo signed the PBC deal and that fight was scapped. Andrade is a likeable guy, and comes across as genuine, and I hope he gets out of the David fight in good condition. If he had a better calibre of opposition through his career and less inactivity I would give him a better chance, you don't just jump up to Benavidez's level at the age of 35 after a 2 year layoff and win, it's not happening.

I don’t think David will give him time to box or set him up. Watchin boo-boo past fights he really takes his time specially in the later rounds he tends to get sloppy. Watchin David he stays sharp all 12 rounds. Bread man said it in an interview after the plant fight. I give David the edge later but Andrade got the edge early.

Andrade better be able to match DB intensity once the feeling out rounds are over. Andrade got the skillz and slickness but his dertimination will get tested above all i think. @@sonnyv.3947Billy Ho popped dirty, Charlo and GGG publicly refused the fight and Canelo could've gone undisputed and passed up on it saying "the fans are gonna be mad at me!" but he wasn't avoided. Let's not even start with the WBO not granting him mandatory status when he wanted to move up

@@John_DaMan They were on the same network and Hearn sent him an offer. When asked in 2019, GGG said he wanted to take "wiser fights". Funny how y'all gave him a pass to cash out by taking easy fights and avoiding the Andrade fight for an elevated champion in Murata.

Based on both fighters last performance, if boo boo can't hurt Benavidez or earn his respect early he will get tired, but boo boo could win because Benavidez footwork is not great and he makes a lot of mistakes, we still don't know how there chins are gonna hold

Dude named 3 fighters on canelos resume 2 were mandatories and 1 was a to collect a belt and to get started in that division 💀 Ryder got the shot because you avoided to fight Parker to be the mandatory rocky got the shot because that was canelos first fight in that weight class and anvi was David’s mandatory so when he lost his belt he was still in line to fight for the belt so when canelo got the belt he was forced to fight him just how David was forced to but he lost his belt 💀 andrades best win would be Ryder, rocky or when anvi which are the worst on canelos resume that’s sad 💀💀

Canelo fought the lil Charlo and Jermall is fighting the lil Benavidez. Andrade is the one that stepped up to fight the boogeyman and he deserves credit for that!

Mell is an undisputed champ and a guy Andrade ducked twice. Andrade has never faced a champ and Benavidez's only claim to fame is going the distance with one of Canelo's leftovers, losing his belt twice, rejecting a Plant unification when he was undefeated, never fighting his mandatories Yildirim and Callum Smith, and rejecting another title shot at 175. Canelo took the fights they had no motivation for-- he also fought Lara who was another guy Andrade wanted no part of. Canelo-Mell was the undisputed vs undisputed p4p match up (even though Canelo made it look easy) whereas Benavidez-Andrade is the bottomfeeder bracket.

@@canelofansfearandrade In 2015, Andrade was coming off of pulling out vs Mell for career high money and a 3 fight Showtime deal. In 2016, he was talking about his priority being fighting Culcay for a minor belt while giving up his mandatory spot at Mell's WBC and also saying he'd swerve Lara for the WBA which is exactly what he did. But you wonder why Mell would have something negative to say about Andrade who left everyone hanging? Andrade gave up his belt and spent the remainder of his years at 154 refusing to challenge for a belt whereas Mell put his priority where it should be and positioned himself for a belt then went on to unify. One is an undisputed champ while the other is a 36 year old prospect, but you're riding with the bottomfeeding pull out artist lol.

Mell's energy was different during the press tour though "he was with the wrong team, now he's with the right team!" which Algieri corroborated on probox about Star Boxing. You never bring up how Lara fought Gausha and turned Andrade down 🤣

Andrade is going to shock the world and knock Benavidez out. Benavides is really ordinary. He just throws a lot and tries to overwhelm and intimidate his opponents. That’s not gonna work with Andrade.💯
