Looked like Denis was thinking about what to do when he gets home throughout the rounds. So damn composed man, his mental strength is intimidating, no buckling under pressure calm and seriously strong and those technical elements, a masterclass of a show this was.

There are strength athletes who are still peaking in their 40s. Denis is in no way "old". John is almost 60 now. That was a great match and good effort from the GOAT.

It's so crazy how strong Brzenk is at 58 years old.

It is mind blowing that there isn't ten people in the world that could regularly beat John at almost age 60. Possibly not even five. Denis is next level, and John was still holding him off. An absolute legend giving a future legend all he could handle.

In this last month I read a plenty of comments how Denis had problem to pin John. Quite frankly, I don't see where... Denis is was always in control and John was never able to move him from the center. Nobody pointed up this. Everybody to say how hard for Denis was pinning John, it's sound ridicolous. And look how fresh was Denis after the match and how exhausted John was. And now 7 months after, we are just 6 days away from event. I can't even imagine how furtherly improved is Denis during this time. I repeat what I'm saying in the last period, the match against Devon will not so different from this. Devon won't move Denis from the center.

I am so happy I was able to see these two legends face off again. I know John lost 6-0 but for him to put up the fight that he did and stop those surges by Denis who out weighs him by almost 40 lbs and 18 years younger was amazing to see.
