@boxingtruth2167 who said that changes Wilder made under Scott were good? Don't invent things I never said. My point was, the changes Malik made weren't what ruined Wilder, he got exposed when he stepped up his opposition.

@@jazzoj5 - It's not necessarily Wilder's limitations that got exposed (of which there are many), it's his age. No one can beat father time. Wilder's pushing 40. He's an old man in boxing terms. If Wilder won a World Heavyweight title now, he'd be the 3rd oldest in history to win it and he's always been a limited boxer reliant on his power, speed and athleticism. If Wilder had been a good boxer, he could have papered over those cracks but he can't. The speed and athleticism has gone forever. Wilder's is a shadow of the fighter he was in 2017.

@@boxingtruth2167 - It's not the changes that Malik made that's made Wilder worse. Wilder's just an old, shot, ring rusty fighter pushing 40. His speed and athleticism has gone. It's why he really struggled for timing against Parker. 2018 Wilder would have eventually timed Parker and knocked him out.
