Be careful not to confuse this “chiropractic ghost healing” with real chiropractic physical therapy. The latter is based in real science. You are a walking skeleton that can get misaligned due to injuries and muscle weakness. Real chiro therapy doesn’t involve “snapping people”, but gentle precise motions to gradually shift into correct alignment. It’s basically like being stretched. You should never be yanked around. My chiropractor saved my life after I fell hard and fractured my spine in several places. Thanks to her I was able to avoid ANY back surgery and my fractures are healed now. I do yoga and can do back bends without pain. I would have lost this mobility if they gave me screws and plates like the orthopedic surgeon tried to push on me.
