We are going to manufacture a 4X2 buggy. It needs a differential with a locking system . So we hope to modify this fiat car differential and make it.

No need to do this. Just use front wheel drive box. Bonus of od in 5th! Includes a diff as well. Sprockts onto halfshafts instead of cv. No brainer. Sv.

Oil will be the problem if you flip a diff, overfill to correct this and you will blow seals

The bearing is a seal-less bearing that is lubricated with differential oil like all differentials, the seal and axle is what needs to be lubricated before they are installed but that was more than likely done once finished and installed and what was shown was for quick video shooting purposes.
