I was wondering if you could surround a gem inside of a sphere of glass with one side flattened to keep it from rolling, this idea would be based off a book series that I know Nate has read. I think it would be cool if it could work without having cracks or bubbles.

2:58 Can I ask, How does this make sense: He said wait for an hour at room temperature, but then for the oven for speeding it up he said "1 hour or so" again

What would happen if you freeze dried a random assortment of things, then put them in water in the vacuum chamber? Would said item reabsorb the water? If it's food, how different would it taste? Edit: It has been brought to my attention that the use of a pressure pot might work better.

I find this VERY cool especially for people like myself who have lots of aluminum in their homes from soda cans and/or the tabs from said cans I can see this as one heck of a way to better consolidate the amount one has better till they have enough for a big load if the goal is say a big aluminum bar or something like that just for fun or to sell if the market Is right

The most amazing thing about this is that you were able to find anything for $2 at hobby lobby.
