@@arribaficationwineho32 when one of my dogs got older she didn't like the floor in my house and began having a hard time getting up, so we bought a bunch of runners for the places she walked. we also got a baby mattress and the same color sheets we had. this way she could still sleep next to us and wouldn't hurt herself trying to get out of our bed

When we first resumed our husky, he used to have problems with doorways/ thresholds, the only way he would go through doorways was scurry through as fast as possible. Until he bonded more with our Alaskan Malamute, then he would go through if he was shoulder to shoulder with his mate. We found out he was originally kept in a garage, never walked, never went inside a house so didn’t know what doorways were. He still has trouble with open kitchen cabinets or drawers if he has to walk past them, he gets anxious.

Собака должна знать двор,а не комнаты в доме. Псарни ра́ньше были,а теперь спальни. Все перемешалось! Незачем рассказывать всякие глупые и ненужные сказки! Животные есть животные,а все хотят из них игрушки послушные сделать. Хохмы устраивать,ржать,как кони. Звери-они всегда звери:одни дикие,другие домашние,т.е.не в лесу,а около дома. Не в постели с хозяевами,а в будке,во дворе. Не считая маленьких декоративных. Это особая стать!

Wooden floors and tiles are a dog's nightmare , they cant get traction and panic . That in itself is an issue that comes out in the shelter and in this case shelter mentality . A bit of love and care goes a long way , the more carpets in your house , the happier your dog will be .

You’ve done such a wonderful loving and caring job with Glenne. Kudos to you. I understand what you went through. I had a dog who was afraid of roaming around the house, when we got him from the shelter. I sat with him and showed him I loved him by petting him, making him more comfortable to be in a house. We found out he grew up in a semi truck, and that is no way for a dog to live. We had success with him, just like you. Glenne has the best guardian ever!

Glenne is so beautiful! She looks so much like me and my husband's little girl Snowden. She was our beautiful Husky. She passed away at 14 years old in 2019. We love her and miss her so very much. Это же хаски. Порода игривая,поющая, безбашенная и шкодная!!! А у этой собачки сколько грусти в глазах!!! Даже животным необходимо счастливое детство чтобы во взрослой жизни небыло проблем.... This is fairly common with dogs who spend the majority of their lives outside or in crates. We experienced this with multiple rescue Greyhounds. They walked fine on carpeted floors, but slipped and slid and fell when walking on the laminate floor. We ended up with area rugs literally everywhere. I absolutely understand what this furbaby and her mom is going through!
