We probably need a native AirPod app like the Watch app where we can actually check if there are updates for the AirPods and also tweak some settings for the AirPods

No we don’t 🥵 the watch has more options than the AirPods and it needs its own app and AirPods dont. And AirPods are its own category and it updates itself so u don’t need to update it
