Looking at the forecast and seeing a windy cold forecast, I thought we'd have Cave Point County Park in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, to ourselves. I'm beginning to think Cave Point never wants for visitors. We stopped next door at Whitefish Dunes State Park and discovered a very cool nature center. On our way out of Door County we stumbled on Meridian Park State Natural Area - the midway point to the North Pole from the equator. It's a hidden gem.
