Musk tossed some serious numbers out for the bonkers pickup, not the least of which being 0-60 mph in just 2.9 seconds for the highest-performance all-wheel-drive model. That machine will also turn a quarter-mile in 10.8 seconds, and it's said to "corner like it's on rails."

Regardless of the viability of the demonstration, the steel used on the outside of the tesla truck is obviously more durable than the (relatively) thin aluminum that most trucks have on their exterior.

Pssst... the Tony Stark/Ironman character is from the late 60's. I was reading the comic book in the early 80's, when Elon Musk was barely in junior high. RDJ's version of this character may have been based on Musk but it sure isn't the original version.

The shattered glass at the side doors are IMHO no weak spot, but on the contrary. If you have to save occupants, you need to break the glass. TESLA should leave the glass like this when going to mass production.
