A scheme on the reconstruction of the community has been established in Hostomel. The local military administration has delegated contracts to frontmen, including a resident of the so-called "DPR," a priest, and a pensioner. Funds for city reconstruction are reportedly being actively spent, according to the documents. However, in reality, some residents are taking matters into their own hands, rebuilding their homes, while others continue to live in temporary trailers.
We have analyzed public procurement by the Hostomel Administration over the past year and evaluated the transparency of the contractor selection process. Tune in to the episode by Oleksiy Yarylchenko.
