This version of the Magnolia has distinctive elements that characterize this model. Indeed, in addition to being two feet longer than the original plan, it features a storage staircase that adds to the interior design and facilitates access to the mezzanine. The 9 'x 10' loft is more spacious and can easily accommodate a queen size bed. The living area has been redesigned to meet the needs of our client who works from home. In order to serve the house well in terms of heat and air conditioning, we have included a powerful mini-split with two heads.
The exterior of the house is made entirely of black steel and the red door adds a touch of originality. The interior design is the most modern we have designed to date, with a floor imitation marble and glossy black cabinets. All in all, this model is a beautiful example of the flexibility we can demonstrate in terms of custom design.
