George is absolutely right. This track does seem pretty neat to drive, but from a quality of racing and a safety perspective, there's a lot to be desired. His and Mazepin's collision exemplifies that completely, George had no where to go except to the right to avoid Checo, and Mazepin had nowhere to go after that. I hope that work on this new track they're building goes swiftly so we won't have a farce of a race like this in Jeddah ever again. Edit: And I must've missed the memo put out that today was a beat up on Seb day. Great 3rd restart from him to climb to 7th, but then Yuki and Kimi took it upon themselves to end his race. Great.

Something out of a movie! Two talented drivers…Tied…With one final race ahead

George well summed up the debate we need to have about this track. It was amazing in qualifying and the race was bananas but did it cross that line. Should the fast circuits be only your permanent racing facilities like Silverstone with all the modern safety features or can F1 handle a fast street style circuit? Maybe we need to wait for the new cars to answer that going forward.

So many great drivers, excited to see all the fights next year when (hopefully) the cars are a little more evenly matched.

That race was chaotic enough to watch, so it must have been intense and challenging actually having to race on it. A great effort from all racers involved!

Its crazy how ocon just understands hamilton and verstappen are gonna have their own race and everyone else is fighting for 3rd. I wonder if all the drivers think like that like yeah we will try to defend against them but they are just faster because they are fighting for the title

Pretty sure the majority of fans really didn't enjoy this race at all, no matter what driver or team they support. Probably the only positive thing to take away from this race is that nobody got harmed or injured in any way... Really hoping Abu Dhabi is going to be less drastic

I'm glad Lewis is getting a crazy battle for the title this year instead of the normal dominance. This is like Lewis' first title year at Mclaren. Great last year with the current cars, hopefully next gen will be closer.

I’ve been on the max train all season, his driving has been quite amazing, but this weekend his driving was different, looked like 2016 max just full sending into every corner. I was holding off judgment until the FIA said max braked into Lewis. He did and I can’t believe he did that. A lot of respect lost for max after this race.

I'm a big Lewis fan, but he can't say it's tough to fight with a driver that doesn't work to the same rule book. The problem really is that they are very much alike on track. Lewis used to run Rosberg wide/out off track on a lot of corners too. It's been a great battle but I really hope they can have an epic but clean battle in the last race

Everyone's talking about how narrow the track is, and it seems they've all forgotten about Monaco, which is also quite narrow and they've been racing there for years.

And If you didn't know Verstapen got another 10 second penalty for lap 37 incident source: official f1 website. So that looks like FIA gave penalty to Max for thier own fault by not telling Mercedes about that Max was giving the place to Lewis. I think next season we need new stewards and race director
