The people who are on Ozempic and still feel big that has nothing to do with the shot. I lost 60 pounds in about 3-4 months one 10 years ago from strictly no carbs and heavy cardio and I still had the personality of a big person for a while. It’s completely normal you got used to your new body. Crazy part was I didn’t even notice a big change Until people just started telling me it that I lost a lot of weight and I had to mentally accept that was no longer that big
