@Kay I agree with you and know what you are saying. However I also get the argument for not wanting to be weighed. I for example used to get weighed at every doctor check up and had extreme and unexplainable weight gain several years in a row which the doctors did nothing about and never thought it to be a concern. They continued dismissing me and my concerns regarding it until I got fed up and saw a specialist who diagnosed me with PCOS. Because I had this bad and neglectful experience I now refuse to get weighed at the doctor unless it’s for medication prescription

Your symptoms showed on your weight but the doctor overlooked it, so your solution is to just, not get weighed at all?? You didn't think that maybe you should change doctors and have someone more competent assess you??
