This game is a classic Dune 2 experience with many quality of life features and 3 new campaigns from Super Dune 2.

I'm very sorry for the shaking screen that appears at some points through the gameplay, I figured out how to properly record this after a while. Better recordings start with the Ordos Campaign.

Man! Me and two of my friends(two brothers) used to play this at their house! They each had a computer (unfathomable to most of us at the time) and their dad had his own computer (which I could borrow) so we played this in LAN. So much fun! I still remember when C&C came out and we used to say that it was a Dune clone!

Golden times indeed my man. I didn't even try to play this on a LAN, I remember we played C&C later on, but I was like 8 years old when I played Dune II so it was hard for me to embrace it but I loved it. I believe you (same as me) have many nostalgic stories with older games :)

@@TheCrocwise Yeah, I was 10 years old when it came out, though I can't be sure that's when we got to play it. Haha! Yeah, I've been in to retro gaming for a fair few years now, but it's not really "retro" gaming for me as much as "nostalgia" gaming! Says something about one's age when you can apply the monicker retro to most of the things I used to do!😆

@arudegesture I'd say that retro lives and is a thing now. Many decent remakes or remasters are coming out also. If uou didn't check it out yet - google exoDos. It is a dos emulator with thousands of games. I 've tried to install it but need to buy additional hard drive, because the content is about 800gb 😅

@@TheCrocwise Cool! I've been using good old DosBox (as well as my raspberry pie/retropie) but I might just check that one out! Though, I'm in the same situation as you....800gb...geez!
