“As the war raged all around him he gazed upon the broken form of his friend all he could ponder was one question. This question would haunt him for the rest of his days on earth, why was his friend who had become blood to him taken from this earth instead of himself. He felt as if he deserved a brutal death instead of his closest friend. Yet as the question burned it’s way into his very soul his eyes turned wet and soon tears poured like a typhoon of sorrow. It should have been him was all he could mutter as he sobbed over his fallen friend. It was a true form of misery like no other he had felt before. Rage formed in his heart while sadness filled his lungs, He had come to realize at that exact moment even though a part of him died when his friend had fallen. He knew that his friend would want him to get back up and keep pushing, to keep fighting for what they had both believed in. So that’s what he did. He grabbed his friend’s necklace and ran into the battle once more to avenge his fallen friend and make his death mean something.”-some random white guy
