There's definitely ways to improve the time. Dying by magic from the dragon seems simpler -starving to death can be done at any point, just set up a bed right before for basically a death reset or whatever it's called in speedrunning -withering away can be from the skeletons, too, might be faster to wither from them rather than risk the wither killing you while retrieving the rose -would placing more cacti around you prickle you to death faster? If so while getting pricked by the bottom you can break the second/third blocks and triple the prices There's probably more but that's what I got. Good video nonetheless, I like these niche runs

Items in your inventory can't actually be blown up because the explosion kills you which means by the time the items are on the ground, the explosion is already over. And even if it was an item on the ground during an explosion, shulker boxes actually drop the items inside when destroyed as of a recent update so you would have been fine regardless!

Harcore players be like: we don't do that here

Pro tip for getting a trident damage less from a drowned: just give him one of those shell things, the ones you use to make a conduit

A tip: if ur about to die leave and rejoin, u will take no damage because when u join a world or server u have a certain amount of time of invincibility

You can just get a charged creeper to go to the nether and get three wither skeleton‘s to go towards the charged creeper and get them that way, yes the mob head drop also works for the wither skeletons
