Real talk....I fell in love with Curry when they beat Gonzaga. I grew up in NY (Knicks and Big East fan) but after the Big East disbanded, my sister became a Gonzaga fan and we all kinda watched to see what Gonzaga would do. But when Davidson beat Gonzaga, messed up all our predictions, I literally had to Google Davison college and this dude named Curry. Never heard of him and I live in NC. I knew Dell Curry but didn't know this was his son but ive been a fan ever since.

People really do forget how great he was in 2016. They were a single BS suspension (and a couple of key injuries) away from completing the greatest season ever. They all love to hate him now, but he has forever changed the game. The last player to have that significant impact on the way the game is played was Wilt.

@@muffinzezyproductions116 Jordan didnt change how the game was being played. He just popularized it and made it worldwide. He's the GOAT, no doubt. But the game didnt get revolutionized because of how he played. Wilt literally changed how every NBA team looked at the sport and saw what dominated. No one was looking for an undersized PG who could shoot, and "playing small"/positionless basketball. No one believed that was the key to win championships. Now, everyone is looking for the next Steph, and positionless basketball is every roster. Everyone needs to be able to shoot. Steph forced all centers and bigs to shoot 3s.

@@cheekypasta55 MJ made the dunk and his footwork become popular. After that everyone wanted to do flashy dunks like MJ, an example would be Kobe that followed those footsteps then perfected it especially his footwork and turnarown J. Now we got Trey Young following Steph's footsteps in shooting 3s and all these big men now jacking up 3s (Embiid, Giannis), which shows that each generation had a revolutionary player that made others follow do what they started.

Rewatch the finals. When Curry shoots he has a double flash lighting up the entire stadium. It's 2016, what's up with the flashes. Lebron doesn't get a flash when he shoots. Kyries doesn't get a flash either. Is Steph really the most important player already, or a is the flash a distraction? Never forget it took the refs, the league, and outside influences to get Lebron to beat Curry.

I don't know about top 15 player yet, he's definitely in the top 20 in the prime of his career. Right now I'll put him top 25 in terms of full career but I think he'll move into the top 15.

Top 20 Player of all time, top 3 PG of all time, one of the most revolutionary players of all time and he still has 3 years of his prime. If he wins a 4th championship and finally gets the FMVP he'll be top 10 - 12 on the all time greatest list

ATL 1 dude everyone shoots 3's now because of the 3 point greats like Allen and miller, Curry was the biggest reason it was influenced to shoot from 3. His 2016 made everyone think that jump shooting teams can win rings, that is why now everyone needs a 3pt shot now.

ATL 1 when you watch the NBA before the warriors started there 3pt barrage, teams don't take many 3pt shots in the 09 season the highest they attempted was 28. Now in 2020 after steph and warriors showed there dominance teams can make 40 3's a game, because of Currys 3's. Teams changed there game plan in order for them to compete with the warriors. Do you notice that not many players keep on attempting mid range shot, because everyone wants to shoot 3's since it's effective because of the warriors and currys influence of the 3pt shot.

Elijah Guerrero they only won without KD because every team they played in 2015 was decimated by injuries they won that title by default because they were the last standing team, & know they won’t they will never win another title, with curry.

Nasir Jones so you’re just a hater basically, if Klay didn’t go down in game 6 they would’ve beat Toronto in 7 and Curry would’ve gotten his first finals MVP, after Lebron Curry is the most successful player of this era you’re literally a hater he doesn’t need KD to win, they are going to win one more championship
