This is the reason I started playing guitar in the 70’s when I was 12 years old. Turning 60 soon, 6 kids 8 grandkids later, still playing guitar, teaching three generations after me guitar and it all began with this song on this album many moons ago. Thank you Don and Joe.

This is the best live song I have ever heard. Probably better than the recorded one. The fact that the drummer is the lead vocalist and sings just like in the recorded version or probably better, blows my mind. Mad respect!

i will forever thank my grandfather for introducing me to this masterpiece, he used to play this song for me with him singing n playing the whole song and guitar solo ever since i was a child before he passed away 2 years ago.

Not many bands sound as good live as they do in the studio, but Eagles were able to take an already perfect song like Hotel California and make it sound even better live. This is one of the best live performances ever and I'm not sure if any band will ever come close to how great Eagles were again.

This was in 1977, we're in 2023 now and yet it's so hard to find artists who can sing live that well! I'm a guy who is into almost all genres of music. Blues, jazz, rock, dance, hip-hop, raggae, trap, rnb, you name it, if it sounds good, i like it, but this piece right here is special. Defenitely holds a spot in my top 10 songs of all time. Glad that you're here too, seems you've got a pretty good taste in music as well🙏🏼❤️

There is a reason anytime a poll is taken of the greatest rock songs of all time, this masterpiece composition is at least in the top 3 if not #1 itself. Like a fine wine, it only gets better with age. And in my humble opinion, this version, when the Eagles were at their pinnacle, is the best version ever recorded.

We are going to see the Eagles on tomorrow evening, Feb 17, 2024, here in New Orleans at the Smoothie Center. Most sadly, this will most probably be the last time that we will see them in New Orleans, or at anywhere else near NO. It's been a magnificent 52-year run since 1972 in New Orleans (the Warehouse) & in other Louisiana venues. However, all things must end. We will enjoy the Eagles on tomorrow evening, & we shall cherish the memories of them & of our friends, family, & loved ones. "Life's Been Good" to me, family, & friends so far. We have been so, so fortunate. God has blessed us all. 🙏 👍 😊 Richard
