I also have greasy eyelids (and I always have). One thing that definitely helped me is using long lasting cream eyeshadows and than setting it with powder eyeshadows. I usually use cream eyeshadows that are the same or similar shade as powder eyeshadows I’m going to use. My eyes still crease after a long time, but it’s much better that just using powder eyeshadows. My eye makeup usually lasts the whole day now.

I’ve used huda beauty and 3ina cream eyeshadows (3ina is a german brand I think - it’s available on Zalando in the majority of European countries, I’m not sure if it’s as accessible in the rest of the world). I think that any brand will work as long as the formula is long lasting.
