As I’m listening to this video I’m making my homemade smoothies (in batches) and juicing fresh grapefruit (in batches) in my new Nama J2 Juicer! No added sugar-only fresh ingredients! This is healthy! Enjoying this video and gleaning some new information! Thank you!
