I agree! He's a pretty mediocre singer, but an incredible musician and song writer. Not many people can pull off equipment failure during a concert like this. And when he takes out his in-ear monitors...Wow!!

@@matthewr.1486 yep I thought it funny that a supposed singer songwriter doesn’t actually know what acapella means! I think to him it means , not having his guitar/loop machine working and in hand . He doesn’t even sound in tune at the end and u would think he would as it is his own song unless he has ‘borrowed’ any part of this one from somewhere else too. It is beautiful though. I know he was cleared in London of cheating , I still thought the songs sounded too alike to be a coincidence and I think if it had been before a jury they would have found the same thing. I could be wrong, and often am , but That’s why I think he is unhappy his case in the states will be heard by a jury and not a judge. I am not a hater , just making an observation as someone who loves music , I hate people getting credit on songs for a thought!, that doesn’t make you a song writer, and a hate going to a live show where singers then lip sync or rely on a backing track more than their own vocals, if I knew they were gonna do that , then I would have saved myself the ridiculous cost and energy involved in attending gigs and listen to them at home. I do like some of Eds songs, and I thought he was great when I saw him at the Eminem gig a couple of years ago. I just love original singer song writers such lead singer from one republic. He writes for loads of other people but you wouldn’t instantly know they are his songs. When other artists sings songs that are written in part by sheeran you generally can tell they are his songs. Whether they were his originally are another matter! I could be totally wrong and it could be a total coincidence for which I apologise wholeheartedly for my wrong assumptions, and I do get as a prolific song writer there maybe be these coincidences from time to time as I’ve been told there are only so many chords you can play. I guess like there are only so many notes. I just don’t get out of all the song writers out there, he is the only one who seems to get caught in the circle of coincidence over and over again. 😂 sorry, just realised , I went on a bit of a rant there! I’m having one of those days😅 I will leave u in peace to go and recover in a dark room somewhere, not sure if that last bit should be for me or you😮 Take care

@@luxy8703 when you meant at the end he doesn’t sound in tune did you mean when he harmonized with the crowd? You got so much to talk about music and songwriting yet you don’t have ears for that. Pity.

@@matthewr.1486 Yes not acapella. Mut not autotune as well, I think its an octaver. ( not sure about the correct english word, but anyways if you sing something it repeats it in multiple octaves.)
