I think we should also appreciate Graham Norton’s approach to interviewing. Jamie Foxx tells such great stories but Fallon or Corden would be interrupting every 5 seconds, whereas Norton is just so good at getting people to talk and give their story. His ability as a host is unmatched imo.

Letterman was excellent at this too. Watch him interviewing Peter O’Toole, who had some of the best stories ever. Letterman just gives him a prompt and lets O’Toole work his magic. That kind of talk show host is a dying breed.

He can act, he can sing, he can talk, he can tell a story, he can host, he can narrate, he can do voice-over, he can tell jokes ... the best jokes ... Fortunately he is still middle-aged ... we have many more years to enjoy his talent ... God-willing. JAMIE FOXX ... IF YOU ARE READING THIS ...
