Quran 14-27, However If he were not, it means either he is blinded (for hypocritical way of life, or major sins committed ) and he is left to his own devices .. all this from verse of the Quran: "And whoever defies the Messenger after guidance has become clear to them and follows a path other than that of the believers, We will let them pursue what they have chosen, then burn them in Hell-what an evil end!" If you are finding that your brain cells are dying off at a rapid rate, I suggest you read the Bible instead of the Quran. You will be getting the original story instead of the corrupted version, especially in the case of Exodus, and it is set out in chronological order. It could be that straight thinking promotes neuron regrowth.

And in spite of their stonewalling, there is a clear contradiction. In Surah 7, 20 and 26, the magicians become Muslims, which is of course an embellishment on the original story in Exodus. And the other three passages in 10, 27 and 28 agree with Exodus. Read them for yourself. And that was just the half of it. There is also the error about when Pharaoh said the male children were to be killed. And how exactly did the Egyptians die? Were they thrown into the sea? And why did Moses' mother put him into the Nile? Muslims can live in denial all they like. The Quran has passages copied from the Bible - with errors. Muhammad was not very good at telling stories.

I showed that the Quran copies stories from the Bible, and cannot be understood without the Bible. But the arrogant do not want to be taught.

There are six retellings of the Moses/Exodus story and other fragments about Moses. These are for the most part in agreement with the Bible sources, although there are embellishments and contradictions. There are other stories from Syriac Christians sources, like the Cave and Dhul Qarnayn. The very word Quran itself comes from Syriac, and about half the 300 foreign words in the Quran are from Syriac. Mecca is not mentioned in the so-called Meccan surahs, and all the geographical hints in the text show that Muhammad was living in a place in the north of Arabia. Almost everything in Islam is a fabrication. The very story of Muhammad receiving a revelation from and angel in a cave is not in the Quran, and is a later fabrication.

@@sutil5078 The question you need to consider is, when was the Quran as we have it completed? Muslim sources say that Hajjaj bin Yusef changed verses in the Quran. The story in Surah 33 is terrible - that Muhammad took his own adopted son's wife. I think it is highly unlikely he did this - he was faithful to his one wife Khadija until her death.

I was very much angered by the way they were attacking the Bible and Christianity in the so-called historicity streams. At the time, when I tried to raise issues about the Quran, they said I would have to wait until they did the historicity of the Quran - and Hamza assured me I could be first in line when they came to the Quran. Four years later, I am still waiting for a Quran historicity series. But in the meantime, I have read some of the Quran, and find there are many differences between what the Quran actually says, and what Muslims teach. And there are a lot of stories in the Quran copied from the Bible, with errors. Islam disrespects Jesus, and substitutes another message in his place. That is why I expend energy showing Muslims that the Quran is not from God.

It is Muhammad who loved that story of Pharaoh's magicians. He told it six times. Why do you think he kept repeating the same story?

The bible authors/writers---highly educated greek scholars were so obsessed with inbreeding stories...why do you think these writers keep repeating these stories...? Are they from yahweh/jesus ? What moral lesson are they trying to teach children reading those passages?

The Quran gives every indication that Muhammad was just telling stories, and it is hard to see what the purpose of telling them was. In the case of these Moses stories, it seems that on one hand he was trying to show that evil people rejected the prophet. But then he makes up the bit about the magicians believing - which he contradicts in other retellings.

I guess you would like to be ruled by a dictator. And Islam would be attractive to dictators like Napoleon.
