See the Tutankhamen exhibit in this next installment of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The outer halls of the 2nd floor contain the treasures of Yuya and Tuya, the great-grandparents of Tutankhamun. The treasure of Tutankhamun is also on display in the outer hall. The rooms along each hall contain artifacts according to different themes. Video and pictures are not allowed inside the room that contains the funerary mask of King Tut. Enjoy!🎧For an even more immersive experience, be sure to put on your headphones and listen in 3D audio.

You should marvel about the museum architecture and maybe some artifacts, not the shit modern camera technology and internet. How typical of people who don't know what matters.

I saw some of this when they brought it to San Francisco like 10 years ago. It changed my life a little bit. They were so advanced some of the stuff looks like it could have been made today by machines. And there’s a energy you feel when you walk into the rooms i can’t explain.

nice comment and appreciated. I feel the same having seen only one room of egyptian artifacts. I get a feeling of contentment and happiness from the ancient Egyptians, much different impression than I got from ancient scripture stories of wars and jewish trolling stories of the Pharaoh in the bible. I guess the Egyptian too knew about troublemakers and pa*/rasites.

I saw the Tutankhamun exhibition when it came to London in the early 70s. I was about six years old. I remember how crowded it was, we were kind of herded through, and seeing the famous mask. My older sister thought it was boring, but I was fascinated.

I’m just so excited to have found you! I only got to spend about an hour in this museum on my Egyptian tour just in March 2023!! THANK YOU for being able to share a more in-depth video of the museum! I only had a brief amount of time and I was just frantically running from exhibit to exhibit, all while hyperventilating at the amazement of what I am actually seeing with my own two eyes! I cannot wait to watch this, and I am lucky to be a new subscriber!❤ I wear a gold pendant of Hathor, from my trip to Luxor! Much Appreciation to your channel! Jennifer, Denton, Texas😻

I see many negative or critical comments strewn amongst the appreciative, thankful ones. I can't fathom being so ungrateful for a glimpse of the beauty & history Prowalk Tours has made available to viewers. If you feel negatively re: what you are seeing or not seeing, quit watching & no need for negativity & criticism. We already have an overabundance of that in today's world.

I wish to see a crazy miracle like all ancient Egyptians to return back to life or even a pharaoh to fight Cuz that will be awesome!!! Could that even happen??? I wonder and I believe in the ancient culture of Egypt, as a matter of fact, I am one of the few in Egypt whose family still remember the true past of Egypt and the ancient languages and I say languages because there are two ancient languages but six ways of writing these two languages, but everyone out there is thinking that we have only one ancient language and the ways of writing is not truly understood in the most appropriate way at the so-called Egyptolegyies said ..... No one knows the truth at all but someday you will all find the truth through the hard way of miracles and when that happens, you are going to wish that you were never even born if you have insulted our culture or insulted us as Egyptians in general .... the truth is unbelievable even if I say it by all the knowledge which you think you have for so-called civilizations, which is a stolen knowledge essentially from Egypt ..... All that you know of the history of science and modern civilization is actually is stolen from Egypt and you can find the proof in the nanotechnology which was used in ancient Egypt and as a matter of fact too I studied that technology in secret when I was 5 years old and I am more than 30 years old now, can you tell me how is it even possible when nanotechnology is supposed to be just discovered in this so-called modern era .... you think you know but you most surely Don't know anything at all ... you think we are gone but we're not and we will be the biggest surprise of the century. In fact, to write such things because I know no one would truly care.... but if you do Well here is a bonus gift ... the pyramids were built hundreds of thousands of years ago, and to be exact... It was built three hundred and six thousand years ago. The true Egyptians are which you call these days the descendent of the sky... those who got real and actual wings and can fly ... in the pat, the Egyptians were called and known as the nation of the angles because the way we lived and there have been actual ancient cities in the sea which you called Atlantis these days and yes the mermaids are real if you believe in such things... and it is not the first time for movies or songs or that entire technology to appear ..... in the true and long history that I have studied that did actually exist before a long time ago ... you see we live in what people call today a circle from technology to be lost and to exist over and over again so yeah it's a very very long time that has past ... and by the way, we hate the term mermaids because the word "maids" is always to represent a servent and it sounds to us insulting as Egyptians, we use in our languages words which mean in general the flowers of the see. And yes we believe in god because we are descendent of you know how... for all I know I am just waiting for a Miracle to remember who I was in ancient time and when that happens, Egypt with all due respect to the great people but we love to live kind of isolated when it comes to visitors that is a fact through all of our ancient history. The image of reality is missed up by many the truth is hidden but that doesn't mean that it will be hidden forever ... someday we all waiting for a Miracle but When that Happen and you actual Mummies walking and talking. Don't cry like movies just show some respect to a nation was never truly understood or appreciated for what they really are... and believe what you want and by the way, in ancient Egypt, you will find all skin white red black skin of rules who ruled Egypt and they all Egyptians.... take it easy... It's all beauty and must be respected or the insult is not for a person or nation it will become like a personal insult to god himself and these are many who talk as if these are Egyptians and they show no respect, those are not Egyptians at all... Hell, most of the time they are demons who want to hurt the name of the Egyptians and when I say demons I really mean what I say ... there are real demons who walk as people.. and even if I tell how to know the real person from that who is not ... you will probably abuse that knowledge and make problems with demons and they are not fair and they don't play nice at all... But think of it a feeling in soul that can tell you the difference between who is egyptian and who is demon and who is just a human ..... and by the way just you know these are demons everywhere walks as people even in the greaters places as Egypt espicailly in the media ... they claim to be Egyptians and to work for the goodness of their beloved Egypt but they're all liars ... they try to give another demons the chance to insult Egypt that's all ... you see it all unbelivale and yet it's all true ... and you might wander why all of this happens to the good people of Egypt when they are so great and the answer is that all of it is our patience and love, and our greatness and giving... to be in pain is a way to help as crazy as it may sound to you but yet that is the truth nontheless and to prove my claims I have a relative who lived as a king in ancient times of Egypt now he is just a football player ... with all do respect to the game I jsut wanted more for him, he knows all about ancient times and he remembers his past and if this homble and simle artical of mine gets to those who truly care ask him he playes in liverpool and he is king of famous their ask him if you dare ???hahaha Whould even dare to think of what I have said as any truth at all ... The only truth you will probably experience when finding out the truth will be pain and admiration and fear I suppose .... after all, It's only natural to end that way hahaha..... and you still think you know yeah right hahaha you know lies and nothing when coming to the truth and in this modern some time there is brother just another reincarnation from another country but he also remembers the past and it will be a good cache if you found of the truth that way. And just you know that another brother is also a king :) I am proud of both as two of the greatest rules of Egypt.

@Mike Studmuffin Me too! And it appears the Tut's tomb is the entrance to a larger tomb believed to be that of Nefertiti. No excavation will of such sites will be allowed anytime soon enough for us to see and know. So ancient Egypt still holds onto her remaining secrets.

What a wonderful treat! Thank you so very much, for there are countless numbers of us who have always wanted to see this but for various reasons never will. I see empty displays. I wonder how much of this will be moved to the new museum? If this museum is like others, there are thousands of things in storage that the public never sees. Maybe now, with the new building, we will be able to see more of those things which for decades have been stored away

The Ancient Egypt (Kemet, Africa) has its true culture. It’s written on the walls, their temples, and more. Today Egypt is really African-Palestinian: great culture, great Islam. Ancient Egypt is Africa. The Arabs Hyksos (Greeks called it invaders) were people of probable Levantine origin, who established the Fifteenth Dynasty of Egypt based at the city of Avaris in the Nile delta, from where they ruled the northern part of the country (1650-1630 BC.) The Muslim conquest of Egypt by the Arabs took place between 639 and 646 AD and was overseen by the Rashidun Caliphate. It ended the centuries long period of Roman/Byzantine reign (beginning in 30 BC) over Egypt. African Kings, called Pharoahs Greeks, (had been built thousands of years before (Kemet, Kush, Ethiopia) from dynasty 1st to 22th dynasties. From 23th dynasties, Africans pharaohs and later the Arabs, Greeks complete the ruling of Egypt.

On, say a 7 day trip. I would probably devote 3-4 hrs a day for each floor. That way its easier to digest the full scope of the place. There's just so much there. To try and see it all in one visit is crazy.

I can definitely appreciate your effort in showing us the Cairo Museum. It is massive. There is so much to see, it would take days, if not weeks to explore it all. As others have mentioned, it would have made a better video if you had viewed the artifacts while walking, instead of facing the camera straight ahead in a forward fashion. Other than that, well done.

Bro you gotta go in depth with stuff like this . This is beautiful ancient history with so much behind it. I couldn't even get a clear picture whose who you just walking by like it doesnt phase you .I love your other tour videos but this is different you got to look all around you not just in front cause every shelf in that museum has something amazing in it .

You did a GREAT job recording those exhibits in poor to no lighting conditions. Too bad these can't be displayed in a proper museum with a generous budget. 35:28 these are early Egyptian Oscar (c) statuettes.

This museum is one of the oldest museums in the world 1902.. It wasn't built to be contained hundreds of thousands of pieces... Theres no space for air-conditioning .. It become like big garage because of new discoveries without building new museums.. Thats why Egypt is building the grand Egyptian musuem cost more than 1 billion dollar. ....and after the opening of the Grand musuem This musuem will be renewed but now Egypt afriad to close it because of the revenue they waiting for the new museum

This is a proper museum. They NEVER use strong lighting because that fades the original colorization of the articles. They use low light in Western museums too and NO cameras. Especially no flash. You pay for postcards that they took. All museums need to make an income in some way. Door entrance fee or postcards.

I've been to the Louvre and the royal museum in London and the Cairo Museum is by far a more beautifully architectured building interior, watching this video i was often admiring the architecture of the building more than the artifacts, something i never did in the above two modern museums in person.

Considering there was so much tomb robbing it is incredible the number items that were salvaged. Well done to the conservators

thanks for sharing this. I doubt i will ever see any of this in person, and i am subscribing because I love the idea and the effort you made to produce it. That said, I am fascinated by ancient artifacts, and this (and future videos) would be so much more satisfying if you gave any thought to the cases you walked past. I would like to see more pausing -like you did at around 9:00, or after 17:00 in the skeleton room, and more plaques on items of interest, like you did at 23:40. Keep at it, though. You are appreciated.

Hey, thanks for subscribing and leaving constructive feedback. yes, I understand about this video. I was very short on time and many artifacts were behind glass which caused a lot of glare. This was my first time to the museum so I didn't know my way around too well and there are no brochures of descriptions of anything..especially in English. So yes, I was just wandering a bit. I will do better next time.

What amazed me when I was there, and may not come across to people watching this, is just how small all of the items like furniture actually are. These people were tiny. They looked like they were made for children.

Thank you very much for your great photography work I am from Egypt and love history and ancient civilization I went to Giza, Luxor and Aswan but I did not go to the beautiful museum I photographed So if you're interested in ancient places, you can look for Siwa Oasis like the oases in Egypt that Katy Perry and actor Will Smith have visited.
