this game is an old school rpg that is not for everyone and I LOVE it for that do yourself a favor and ignore the reviews try it out for yourself to decide if it's your thing or not

I am going to regret not pre-ordering this... I loved Eiyuden Chronicle Rising and the characters in it (2:21), so I cannot wait to see them again in this game. I love the song choice in this trailer. Is it the opening credit song? I just have too big of a backlog at the moment. 😔

I am enjoy playing that game i am dealing used to it with America dub texting before because i was played jrpg games on American version of texting. I hope game developers notice texting problems turn off will make original Japanese texting replace dub texting patch in few days or months.

Man, what a ride that game was, highly recommend 8,5 or 9, if you like final fantasy, or octopath traveler you will likely like eiyuden, it's a golden age real JRPG that you really shouldn't miss out on, on the woke stuff, you need to actively look for it to notice, I didn't notice until the Internet told me

I use Jp voice with English translation, english translation often mismatch with the JP Voice. Not the big deal, but sometimes feel annoyed 😂

That seems to be a disease for just about every Japanese game at this point, unfortunately. Even FF16, which had probably the strongest localization I've ever seen in a Japanese game, suffered from some nonsense. As long as those weirdos keep sneaking their way into these jobs, we're gonna keep seeing this. 🤦♂️

@@TrulyEikonic That's why I tried to warn anyone that might care about this kinda stuff before they buy it. The best thing for us to do is educate casuals on the differences (original lines vs english lines) & not support any game that suffers from bad localization. Hopefully that will eventually cause the Japanese developers and publishers to wise up and start paying attention to how their work is being effected.

I'm a little sick of the sprites against 3D background look (it's not exactly the 2.5 HD style but close enough), but this game really makes them pop. So I can forgive it.
