A deadly supernatural merchant/collector. Regan seems to appear out of nowhere and anywhere whenever the timing is convenient. She is rather monotone, grumpy and generally quite disinterested for the most when interacting with people but can easily 180 into a cunning, cruel and sadistic one when doing 'her work' or just annoyed.
She was born to a cult called the Halo, an all women's cult who preached and worshiped perfectionism in order to be able to ascend to mighty beings of light. Born as an 'omen' due to her birth defects to a cult called 'The Halo', she would face abuse and neglect from them, especially from her own mother who was the current leader of the Halo. Unknowingly to all of them, her birth was planned from an interdimensional being known as an eldritch to become a vessel doorway for it to tear into the physical world. Her mother 'cleansing' the omen away by burning Regan with holy flames triggered the entity to finally tear through massacring the entire cult and place, leaving only Regan. It revealed its name to Regan as Iris, telling her the truth before she would devour Regan's self and take her body for its own. Regan killed Iris as she realised it was connected to her mind, shutting it off from it and being able to destroy iris, claiming the remnants of its power as her own eventually growing and turning into the deranged collector she is now.
As a collector/merchant, the one thing she is most after are eyes, as eyes can tell everything you need to know as she says herself. She is also very knowledgeable about the supernatural and its beings, from what they are, their anatomy, how they live, what they do and weaknesses, which to some is a valuable thing to buy. This is due to her from stealing some of Iris's power also being the knowledge, as eldritch beings have an amass of knowledge that would melt the average mind, but due to Regan's birth circumstances, she was able to survive that at the cost of some of her already low sanity.
