At face value, it's possible - but I'm leaning more towards EF-3. But we don't know how well those homes were constructed. That's why it takes awhile for the NWS and other agencies to assess all damage before making a determination. You can't rate a tornado on just pictures.

I've lost 2 homes due to a tornado and my wife's cousin lost her home to the friday tornado

Well considering how much water it has, maybe it was too heavy to be picked up? Idk, tornadoes are weird and stranger examples of damage or lack-there-of have been reported.

@@ilikespaghetti4458 Seeing the Joplin damage firsthand as a kid was always mind blowning, how houses on one side of a street would be wiped 110% off their foundations, absolutely nothing left whatsoever… and just 30-50 feet across the street(s) those houses would be seemingly 100% untouched in any way… crazy stuff
