He's a billionaire cheapskate notorious for underpaying his players because hes only interested in making money and not winning games. The Reds are a fantastic business investment (because of the low overhead), and they dont need to play well for Castelli to make money. That's why all the talent the Reds get eventually leave. Enjoy de la Cruz for now Cincinnati because the second he's finished with his current contract he'll be wearing Yankee pinstripes.
