I remember the first time i heard this song was in my 8th grade. The melody was so addictive that i listened to it non-stop for a week, but didn't get the meaning. Until 14 years later when i listen to it again, i can feel every word he said.

There were so many different parts of my life that were difficult for me to get through and while they all had different levels of severity and circumstance, through this song, he taught me the root of these particular issues and taught me how to fix it. I almost feel guilty because of how he lived life on the frontlines of verbal, physical, mental, and drug abuse but I’m fortunate enough to be able to learn through his beautifully creative imagination that he most definitely suffered a lot to achieve.
