Atike not only caused the burden of guilt on her own self but implicated her brother too with guilt. She told him half truth, n lies actually also threatened to kill herself to a brother that highly adores and values her ! The other sister was presumed to be submissive so he acted accordingly. Although in this particular matter he should’ve considered his mothers advice “U have to consider happiness of Geverhan too” but I guess it did the opposite effect. Since it was coming from Kosem Murad got determined to act against it.

The actor playing Gevherhan is only a year younger than the one essaying the role of Kosem but they've convincingly portrayed a mother and daughter role, which otherwise sounds awkward. The power of acting as well as makeup!

Around 21:28 You can sense how Atike really had no sense of remorse, or reason. Playing as a victim now, pointing back at Silathar. To me this is a sign of a manipulative partner.

Ibrahim just laid down the truth! In some ways, both Atike and Sultan Murad are similar. They let anger blind them to the point they destroyed their loved ones. If you have a conscience, you will be reminded of your sins everyday for the rest of your life as punishment. If you don’t feel remorse, you’ll keep doing the same thing over and over again until you make a mistake and your enemies kills you or God decides what cruel fate is in store for you. Karma will get you eventually. I liked Kosem at the beginning but as she got older, her personality changed. Power and control is all she cared about so her children suffered one by one and that’s why she was murdered at the end. She was very smart and clever to survive all the plots her enemies set against her but in so doing, she became like them.

Murad could have easily stopped all these if he just exiled silhtar or send him away but he was heartless and farya playedwith him

She is the most self absorbed of them all, and she doesn't think about how her actions affects others. She literally threatened to kill herself if she didn't get her way, and she also used that to gather sympathy from Silahtar Mustafa.

Why producer made princesses in this series became a weak character? From i know, they're powerful figure in the real history. Two of Kosem's daughter had married several (6 or 7) times like it's not a big deal. They didn't had time to lovey-dovey like potrayed in this series. That's why in this aspect, i like Dilruba (one of the most annoying character). She didn't whinning like other princesses. Everyone who stand in her way are killed, and she did that not for her lover Davud, but her brother Mustafa.

To illogical Farya haters. Farya found out about Silahtar and Gevherhan first but didn't tell Atike and instead tried to tell her to forget about Silahtar and that maybe he's not the one for her. She never fueled Atike to pursue Silahtar after that and only discouraged her. She even looked scared of what Atike might do in her ambition to get Silahtar and told her so too once. I don't know what people expected her to do? She had no power over Atike to do anything beyond that. You can blame Murad for being foolish enough to give the guy to the wrong sister and then punishing the other one with a marriage she didn't want but what's the reason for blaming Farya in this when she was 100% just in her behavior in this whole situation.
