MJ your achievement has be so incredible, no way would anyone think you are 40. Your beauty always shines through but it has shined through even more during your photo shoot. I know you had to work really hard as it's difficult when caring for your family, feeding a husband and young child while wanting to lose weight is hard. All of that on top of coping with a gastro ulcer and having it attended too in hospital. You are a wonderful example to your young daughter, as she grows up and looks back on your achievement, she will always be so proud of having younas her wonderful mother. KJ must be enormously proud of you as his wife and mother of his child. It's always difficult going back to your pre baby weight, so be proud of what you have accomplished. I encourage you and Ruda to have a photo shoot together in another twenty years. It would be an amazing photographic record of your mother and daughter journey through life together. I had a photographic shoot with my mother when we were 40 and 60, it was fun to do and great to look back on, more so now I no longer have my mother. I truly hope you and Ruda have the same amazing bond together as I had with my mother. She was always my best friend as well as a wonderful mother and role model. So much has happened over the last 30 years, that today seems surreal for me as I turned 70 today.

Donuts build muscles😂❤ It's mom's post weightloss, photo shoot day. She's anxious, the munchkin's being her usual ball of energy and dad's trying to be supportive. As mom prepares for her shoot, the munchkin and dad entertain themselves by exercising and flexing their "highly toned" biceps and triceps 😉. The little bodybuilder is very cute, straining her little tender muscles, doing the various exercises, however she can't do a sit up because she hadn't eaten yet😊😇. Photo shoot goes great. Mum and daughter have fun posing for the camera and eating donuts, well the munchkin eats them anyway😂. Poor trainer, his tattoo was referred to as "someone doodled on his hand". Well I suppose to a little kid a tattoo does look like a doodle. 😊 Thanks family, take care.
