I respect his belief in himself, but fact is Floyd was Pound for Pound one of the best in the world for the majority of his career and spent over a decade as #1. He was regarded as arguably the best defender in the history of boxing, one of the best pure boxers in the history of boxing, having the highest accuracy in compubox history, had moved up multiple weight classes, in the conversation for TBE, and the list goes on. Spence hasn't really done much. His best victories are either Kell Brook or Shawn Porter.

Some of those fighters were waaaay better than Spence (with a much better Track Record too), and they still got OUT BOXED. Since he's usually 180lbs & cuts to the 140s, I think he should fight *CANELO.* Especially since Canelo is still active, still fighting, and is apparently the best out right now. Floyd didn’t use sauna suits to make weight. He stayed within range of his fight weight his whole career. A true professional. Errol is great but he’s a weight class bully. We won’t see the real wrinkles in his game until he moves up. But I still can’t see him beating Floyd in his prime. He fights southpaws better than 99% of the fighters in the last decade.

Easy to say but Spence gets hit way to often to beat a prime floyd and prime floyd has cat light reflexes with his defense but let's not forget prime floyd wasnt just defense. Young floyd had crazy handspeed and he let them thangs fly! He had and over 90 percent stoppage rate at that time. Spence has the power but prime floyd is way too fast with too much defense and threw alot more punches. Spence would proly get stopped late like everyone else.

Spence is an excellent boxer puncher. Mayweather vs Spence would have been a very good fight. It would go the 12 rounds and it would be a close fight. I think it would be a cat a mouse Floyd's experience would get him through

Errol Spence walks around at 185+pounds Floyd at 150 pounds max. So imagine they were sparring when Floyd had just come out of jail. So any success he had was as a result of weight nothing else. Any guy landing with that kind of weight advantage will have a serious impact. That's why floyd has managed to beat these heavy fighters because they dont really hit him that Much. Berto, Pacquiao oscar, cotto..... also gave him swellings on the eyes but didn't win. Remember Delahoya, canelo cotto are all good to the body but tall know what happened.
