German here. We learn how to write complaints in school and we love to complain. The highest compliment a chef can get is "It's eatible". I think that explains a lot.

@@escserg6731 true. We also just really love to complain and give our opinions, even if no one asked us too. (I'm also at guilty of this). In terms of Eurovision, I must admit that I see our selection a bit like the Hunger Games. Which young artist is risking their possible career this year? Only Lena and Michael Schulte have an ongoing, successful career in Germany. I feel sorry for all the other artists who didn't place as well and were basically cancelled the same night.

Lithuania rules! The Roop are incredible!!!! What a BIG BIG shame jury vote! But I firmly believe that this group will become more and more famous in the world! They are really unique, their music bring deep and powerful messages with a lot of style! And are deep, sensitive and funny people! They were a real revolution in my life!!!💜💛

Glad to see Jendrik as your 5th. The song took me by suprise, and I laughed at it, I think that is what Jendrik wanted. The more I listened To the song, the more I liked it. It ended up being my fav, and I voted for him. I still listen to it

1. switzerland is not overdramatic. his lyrics is about how you fight again after something went wrong or you had a rlly bad time in your life. so i don't think this is "overdramatic" this is life. 2. and i don't think they took a "risk". why he can't just try something new? i mean ig it would be kinda boring if he would be always in front of his piano... not just for us, for him too. i like the way he changed this up. and why tf they should put on an earth or space on the backround? and btw... this year he was at the 3rd place ;)

@@Kikiricki11 well, yeah (at least for me). People could've not liked the performance and he would've have got 3rd place since it would be too weird. I'm not saying that it's the riskiest performance of all time but it's somewhat risky. Maybe we don't have the same definition of "risky"?

I was kinda surprised to see France so low. That is definitely among my favorites from 2021, it just has a lot of genuine emotion that Barbara can portray. Then I saw Germany's rank and I was like THUMBS. UP. Jendrik just had fun and I loved it, I actually think the song is fine too.

Me nd my brother really enjoyed Germany too, its so wholesome. Its also very chaotic but that makes it kinda fun. The artist seemed to enjoy his performance in itself the most, same for Denmark

I'm probably weird, but both of the Gjon's songs grown for me A LOT after this eurovision. They were 13-th in my 2020 top, 16-th in this year's one. I've listened to both of them like a million times and they still couldn't catch me lol. But around a week ago something changed in me and after I randomly wanted to listen to those two they just cannot get out of my head. Now a question - what the f**k is wrong with me??? Also Maneskin is my favourite eurovisuon winner of all time after Secret Garden in 1995

As a norwegian, i didn't like Norway this year. The only reason we send Tix is because he's popualr in norway, had we voted based on the actual song we would have send Keiino again, which we should have

I agree with several of your comments @ESC Serg, I just feel as though France deserved a little bit more credit though..... please!😂 The live performance was extremely touching and moving when I watched it on the night, and it was the only performance that had an ending which left me starstruck. I did not take my eyes off the screen with that ending chorus. I also liked Moldova a little bit more that you I think, just because of its beat and her amazing dancing. The performance has a way of getting me dancing all over the place, but yes, in terms of music quality, it really falls flat. Your other comments and ratings I find pretty accurate, other than the rock songs. They just are not for me. Thank you for this video, well done with such amazing editing 😀

It would probably had more than 47 points in the televote, if she wasn't dressed that slutty and wouldn't have danced and mad3 these Schlager performance gestures with her hand. But still then, it wouldn't have gotten anywhere near the amount of jury points. Europe rejected it.

Eurovision fans... it's a very interesting community but... recently, there's a tendency that they like every single ballad or pop song with polished production from another famous composer/songwriter and dislike something simple or dare/different. I mean, it's becoming more commercial and less "for people". Eurofans' first reaction is a theme for a scientific research... And the worst thing that they're right in most of cases when it comes to hating, so many times Eurovision juries have the same opinion as them (in particular, because so many juries are actually from eurofans' community), so it become much more predictable. And overall, eurofans are toxic, sadly, even I'm like that sometimes, even though I try to fight it. Ok, this is a stream of consciousness already, I hope you got my worries

Music is very much subjective, and there is no song that everyone in the planet should like/dislike. That's the beauty of eurovision, i think, so many different styles so everyone has something to like!

my main problem with san marino was that flo rida was there. Idk why exactly that annoyed me so much because i actually like him. It just didnt seem right in my opinion to include SUCH a famous singer/rapper ( ik that maneskin or little big from last year were also already known before but flo rida is a whole different thing). I couldnt enjoy the song at least once because of that and to be honest thats a little sad cause that song is actually cool and has lots of energy in it

Firstly, Kirkorov behind it, he's able to do anything. Secondly, in some countries there're so many unnaturally big differences between semi final and final televoting places. For example, some countries gave Moldova 12 points in semi but the in the final they placed her like 20th-21st. It's too big margin. But what's even more WTF (impossible, I'd say) that some countries put her last/near last in semi but in the final gave it some points (?!), like Albania. And eight televoting 12 points in the semi final, how is it even possible?

As a Moldavian, i personaly enjoyed both Natalia Gordienko songs, from 2020 and 2021. But, because everyone is different, I'm not going to scream at you for giving Belgium, Norway, Estonia AND Moldova a low place.😇

about croatia while i thought the silver outfits were really weird during the rehearsals live they probably used them the best. the pink and blue lights reflecting on their outfits is a nice neon touch and actually had a useful aesthetic function unlike malta, cyprus, moldova, albania i was the person who had denmark in my top 10 back in march...if based on purely subjectivity then they would be 2nd next to switzerland but i don't think they are on the same level as italy and ukraine when it comes to objectivity. the production was subpar at worst and vocals weren't the best but were still great... JUSTICE FOR FYR OG FLAMME 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰 GOD I LOVE DENMARK SO MUCH-

I kind of agree with you. I respect this person’s opinion since everyone has their own has their own taste of music. But I don’t really think Discotheque is comparable in terms of vocal technique to SHUM. Kateryna Pavlenko is a very skilled singer, she sings using a traditional Slavic technique known as ‘White Voice’ and has also conducted a Veteran’s choir in Ukraine. If you look at one of her Jury performances, you can see/hear she was a bit late with timing yet managed to fix her mistake very very quickly, it was impressive.

Agree with you, I also find some of these movies very good if they try to bring an interesting idea by creating a world with no positive characters, it realy works sometimes. But Belgian song feels like another low-quality senseless sad melodrama for housewifes (even despite the song is high-quality)

I am the one who didn't like the song of Fyr og Flamme before the show, but lately I listen to this song and their other songs every day. I can't explain this. 😄 I am more into songs like Blind Channel's ones though, they were (and still are) my favourites.
