UK chanting "We got points, we got points" was hilarious

Spain and the UK in top 3 today after being bottom 3 last year is just absolutely astounding and unbelievable ❤️ So proud for Sam and Chanel for finally giving their countries a fresh breath at Eurovision ❤️❤️

This still feels so surreal to watch after last year’s 0. What a complete turnaround, I could not be more proud of Sam tonight.

Some interesting facts about Spain's result this year: - The highest amount of sets of 12 points Spain had gotten in one year since 2000 was just 3 (in 2002). And this year we got 3 sets of 12 points, in a row, in less than 2 minutes. Like WOW. And, in the end, 8 sets of 12 points in the jury + 1 in the televoting (from Greece). Out of these 9 countries, only Portugal and Malta had previously given 12 points to Spain (at least once). - Also, the highest number of points achieved by Spain in the contest, till this year, was 125 points (obtained in 1973, when the voting system was not even the one we have today). We surpassed that amount of points when Switzerland (the 23rd jury) gave us 8 points. And in the end, we got 459 points (334 more than our previous record). And that's also more points than all the points we got from 2011 to 2021 combined (447). That's insane! Chanel, thank you for making this happen! We love you ❤️. And thanks to everyone who voted for us ☺️ Btw, it was great to see the UK turning their fortunes around in a similar way too 🇬🇧🥰.

In Romania , we gave 12 points for Moldova but they cancelled our votes they didn't allowed live transmition saying are technical issues and they replaced our votes giving them to Ukraine instead!

I just love Spain (my country btw) and UK, both always being the worst at Eurovision, but topping the table this year and breaking records in their respective countries. So sad that none of them won, but their positions will definitely help future English and Spanish (and even international) entries to become better and better til winning this contest :)

It's a shame what jury it's doing to countries like Moldova..public put them on second place,and jury almost last. Remember this: Public (239 points) / Jury(14 points). My respect for 🇲🇩 Moldova, for their folklore ,for Zdob și Zdub and Adhadov Brothers,musicians with more then 10 albums released in 25 years.

First of all I want to say thankyou and congratulation for Italy as host country this year. And I am very happy both for UK and Spain after the bad result last year, they get a good result this year, hope next year they can keep it as a trend to become better.
