I feel like the best way to buff Surge’s “To The Max!” Starpower would first be to revert it to what it was before (to where is didn’t need walls) but make it have a timer like Byron’s Injection Starpower.

Nani’s shield star power is actually insane in showdown, getting out of sticky situations in combination with the teleport gadget. Perfect combo in my opinion.

2:05 use gene's super all the time. Kairos a year ago in a video "top 10 underrated brawlers:" if you have gene's super, don't use it very often, that will be a threat to the enemy team.

To be fair his first sp was more trash,it used to only heal 100 health and spirit slap replaced pat on the back which used to heal an ally with his super,it was impossible to get a pull and a heal with 1 super

That was actually before Gene was a mid brawler,yeah Gene was a lane back then. SkyriX (or Sky) was the first pro player to introduce Gene mid. Then it got popular and now Gene is the best mid in the game by a landslide.

besides, for ppl using laggy devices (which is most of us) whenever something happens to the screen, the app would close and take 40 secs to come back meanwhile being a bot. Then, the person's teammates would think he's the bad random.

"Grounded" might be better with a rework: It wont allow enemies to recharge for 1.5seconds but will also drain their current ammo

The thing about the protective shield for Carl is that when you do get it it is pretty helpful, to where you pretty much can’t die because you can run away too, I think an increase in effectiveness like percentage based would maybe be a bit too much, maybe if the shield lasted for like a second or two after the super though

I can see Gale's Slowing Star Power being nerfed soon. If they don't nerf it then they will probably buff his 1st Star Power. Maybe make the stun last 1.5 or 2 seconds.

I actually found that last blast is really good for an alternative style for penny I call “aggressive turret” in which you throw the turret by enemies and blow it up causing last blast to tack on some damage

The problem with this list is that It is only explored on a theorical level. Whenever you put the star powers into the Real meta perspectiva the ranks are totally different.

Sorry Kairos, but I’ll have to disagree on the creepy harvest placement. Mortis gets way way more survivability on 3v3 modes and even showdown sometimes because he can die quick, and if he gets a kill, he’s up 50%+ health after the encounter

Bull's Berserker Star Power got me through the first 6 wins in the Griff Challenge with no losses. Good to use if someone hasn't done the challenge yet.

It really would be awesome to see some star powers being completely reworked or buffed. Some have not been viable since launch (Belle's 2nd SP) or rework (Bea's 2nd SP)

Gin’s spirit slap also adds the dmg to the little shots means if you can get the full shot just a little further it will add up 1800 dmg to one shot.. (Also you use it in showdown because there are a lot of tanks that can kill you in close range)

1. Both of Carl's star powers should atleast be at the B Tier. 2. Counter Crush is just so much better than Hardy Hard Hat. The gap between them should be much larger. 3. Balls of Fire should be moved up to A Tier. 4. Batting Stance should be moved down to B Tier after the nerf.

They need to make surge’s bounce base kit, i love the ability to bounce the shots because the enemy doesn’t see it coming, but using the star power is high risk high reward.

I gotta disagree on the thorny gloves star power, in games like hot zone or gem grab Rosa can tank and finish off enemies while taking control of the map. It’s a true dynamic shifter

19:00 - As I remember, hitting an enemy with her super can give you 20% (hitting both going forward and the way back), so you can get 80% damage reduction.

If you hit 4 or more opponent with the super you become immune to all damage but I don’t know if they nerfed it or something

Im maining Penny and what I say that last blast is super underrated by you. I have both and my choice is always on last blast because it allows to counter nasty Edgars (1 shot + super + gadget to explode and release 5 bombs)

Hmm I believe this video should get updates mainly because not only there are new brawlers in the game,but some of this supers have been either changed or buffed/nerfed since then

This is an incredibly controversial tier list. There is a lot of things I agree with, but other things I can't wrap my head around as I've pushed every brawler to 750 and know which sp's are good and bad. Still, props for the amount of effort put into this! I sure would not have enough patience to rank all of them!

I think that field promotion is a little overrated. I mean it does provide it's worth under right circumstances but it carries a really huge risk as it could affect your teammate's or your mobility trying to take the full advantage of the starpower and brawlers who do area damage just shred through your strategy and clumping together is the thing which should really be avoided in competitive meta.

Kairos I really appreciate your effort.But I want to give some suggestions as I am playing this game for more than 2 year and having 40k trophy. You had overrated gale sp which slow down enemy with his normal attack because there is no use of gale in this meta.You had underrated mortis creepy harvest, if you can dodge attack it can help you a lot in playing agro plus applying a lot of pressure otherwise you had done a great job,low your contents

The last stage actually felt like a last, best stage. Now it feels like a bonus that you don’t need but it’s neat when it finally does something. Tier 3 is all you need now

This definitely makes sense in my head, one thing though is that I feel like tier lists should show potential at top level so I think dyna jump should be higher. My opinion might be a bit extreme largely because I'm a melee player who has been told that fox is the best character in the game but will probably break your hands before you get there. Overall I can agree with the majority of this.

I agree with everything but creepy harvest. That is probably one of my fav star powers. You can do amazing plays and team wipes with it. You just have to have skill. If you are not a Morris player than don’t use it but if you actually want to win with it I feel like it’s a must imo an A tier but hey that’s just me.
