To prepare a salad with chicken fillet and carrots in Korean:
Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
Carrot in Korean - 100-150 g
Pepper - 1 pc.
Onion - 1 pc. (sugar 1 tsp, vinegar 1 tbsp)
Salt - to taste
Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp.
Mustard beans - 1 tsp
1. Cook the chicken fillet in advance and let it cool down. When cooking chicken fillet, I add bay leaves, a few black peppercorns and a few garlic cloves to the water for flavor.
2. Finely chop the onion, add sugar and vinegar. Let the onion marinate for 10-15 minutes so that it loses its bitterness.
3. Tear the chicken fillet along the fibers.
4. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
5. Mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste. Top with sour cream and mustard. Or if you want, you can dress the salad with mayonnaise.
