When you start to question what's actually real, everything starts to unravel.

Finally someone really understands my current dilemma. I thought when I stopped watching the news, things would be better. But this is everywhere. It seems the only way to avoid the lies is to be a hermit, and on my most difficult days, these unending questions of what’s the truth vs the lies in everything just gets to me...I am tired of having questions I can’t find answers. And my anxiety doesn’t make things easier when my moments of existential crisis kicks in. This video has given me some comfort in knowing that I am not alone. And no, I’m not losing my mind, although it would be nice to go over these ending-less thoughts with like minded people . I wish I was still naive about everything sometimes, it was truly blissful .

I started questioning everything during the pandemic when nothing was making any sense. I disconnected from social media and all news. Seriously, now I see things more clearly. I can see what’s happening around me and how people are being strung along. Toxicity is everywhere. Everyone picks sides like it’s a game. And people make no sense when they speak. They lack logic and reasoning. They strike out angrily if you question what they believe. We’ve all been played. It’s easier to fool someone than to convince them that they’ve been fooled. If you don’t have all the information, you aren’t making logical arguments.

They might think that have unchecked level of suspicion or paranoia regarding the modern systems. But the truth is that the whole situation is deeply paradoxical like this Sufi Parable, the insanity has only become synonymous with sanity because everyone around us, the majority of us perceive the world that way & the real sanity has only become insanity because they are in minority. So I don’t know about you, but personally for me it’s all about not taking anything at face value & digging into the ancient mysteries on my own, in hope to find the effective techniques & tools to use them to get to the truth. And to be honest, although there are many people out there that offer some tools for diving into one’s own inner mysteries, yet the problem is that most of them have deep confirmation biases based on their own traditions that they are associated with & most of them are also deeply embedded & in a symbiotic relationship with the Main stream, which makes them untrustworthy. Because, if you think about it, let’s assume that the system which keeps humanity in place is adversarial then it is almost natural to assume that those masters & those orders which work fully aligned in cooperation with the system work in their interest rather than the interests of the masses.

Some one told me the other day that scientific research is always correct because of the process… I just shook my head.

This struck deep within Me! Speaking of such things has been a terrifying thought For Myself for many years! Out of fear of what My own Mother had tried to do to Me when I came to her terrified of what I had just experienced! A nightmarish almost unbelievable series of events that were practically impossible to describe with words. Especially when your still in the midst of it, and are desperately looking for A understanding safe place to be! I'm sure there will likely be some of you who don't believe Me or assume that I'm lying or that I must've been on drugs! That what I'm about to say is so improbable that I must be crazy! And once you realize that all those conclusions are by design! That anyone of those outcomes is what the evil in this world wanted as an end result! Cause no matter what your beliefs are? All around the world they all have a common core belief. That is that good and evil exist! So several years ago I dated this guy in a part of town that I'd never lived in before and had no ties, friends, or family! Things were great up till I moved in with him. It was Like he'd cleaned house everytime I'd come over prior too! Cause once I moved in. Our house all the sudden was crawling with the most unsavory kinds of people 24/7 and those who were supposed to be his closest friends were all filling my head with all kinds of stories some turned out to be true some I proved weren't and that they knew something personal about me and tried to use my past traumas as A means to get me to believe them and turn on him. We did eventually breakup and that night I was mugged. I was woken up by the police as I lay across A speed hump in an apartment complex several blocks up and over from where I originally was! The police were not concerned with the state I was in (covered from head to toe in dirt blood and asphalt!) They just said I couldn't sleep there! My purse was gone my glasses tablet smart phone even the shirt I was wearing were all gone! All I had was a lighter tucked into the waste of my swim trunks and my Obama phone in my bra, and my rings were all still on my fingers but all the rest of my jewelry was gone! I had no one I could call except him and he did come get me. He let me shower and even brought me ice for my hands cause they were so swollen I couldn't get any of my rings off my fingers! I realized that the blood on me wasn't mine cause I had no injuries to speak of! I then realized that I had been jumped and mugged and when whoever this person was? Must've tried to take my rings from me, and I must've lost it in A blind blackout rage (which I used to do as a little girl due to traumatic events I'd experienced before passing out from exhaustion) explaining why I had no recollection of what had occurred why my hands were so swollen and why there was a large presence of blood that wasn't mine! We ended getting back together that day. Later that night he'd said something while we were having sex that caught me off guard (that that never would've happened if I'd never left him) ok I'm sure you all can see how that can be interpreted in two ways! But then over the next week lil innocuous things would catch my attention! Like my grandfather's lighter I know was in my purse when I was mugged popped up on the coffee table. Then I'd seen A girlfriend of his wearing my necklace I had on that night! Then out of the blue my clutch that was I side my purse that was stolen showed up at our doorstep with only my I'd in it! But the address on it was my old address not his! I soon realized that it had all been A setup and that everywhere I went was either watched or facilitated by someone from within his circle! I left again and was walking down the street in the middle of the day! Now keep in mind I'm no stranger to people driving by honking whistling and even offering rides to me in my lifetime! Nothing new! But what was needed was the volume of people mostly men that were offering me rides this day! And I mean straight up insisting that insisting go with them. No one not one business would let me have water or use the phone! I sat in front of a crowded gas station while I figured out what I was gonna do (thinking I was safer at a more populated location should something happen!) A car pulled in from around a wall, pulled straight up to me offered me a ride and when I said no put it in reverse and left! He couldn't have seen me before pulling in cause where I was sitting! It was as if he went there sounds York for the purpose of trying to get me to go with him! I asked the next person to please let me use there phone? He said he didn't have any minutes but then his phone rang! The next person let me use theirs so I called my ex husband but it wasn't him on the other end and when I started asking personal questions only he'd know the voice started laughing and hung up. That's when the owner of the phone looked at me and said (sucks when you ain't got nobody you can call huh?) I immediately started walking again even more scared then before! With even more cars following me it was something straight out of a horror film everywhere I turned was evil people all in on this sick game being played against me! The only reason I made it out of that situation that day was because of a lil girl who's parents didn't speak English could tell I was scared and asked her dad to let me use their phone! My cousin luckily came to get me took me to my dad's who then took me to make mother who couldn't be bothered with me! Said she did the believe me and tried to convince my dad I was schizophrenic and that they should commit me! He said no let me stay with him for a while completely closed off from the outside world! Many months later I sal on the news that my ex had been apart of A sex trafficking ring and we're responsible for many kidnappings using the gang stocking method the brainwash victims into thinking they're crazy and alone. So they could isolate them from friends znd family and eventually disappear them! I knew everything I'd been experiencing was in fact really happening! But it would've been so easy for the east the world like my mother to not believe it. Especially when it's being explained from A traumatized terrified female who knows she can't trust anyone around her! If it hadn't been for my father's love for me I too may have been disappeared or institutionalized like the many other unfortunate ladies were! So yes question everything around you trust in your own in stinks and always consider every possible angle and outcome and who stands to benefit most from them all! I really love this video and appreciate all your content! My only concern is for those who aren't of sound reasonable logical rational minds watching this and it only making things worse for them. Because they haven't been shown the love and understanding that they should've been! I feel for people like that more than I ever had before because I now understand that the majority of them were made to be that way by the world and people around them!

"the truth was born inside you" This became very apparent to me when I was at my witts end and took off on a motorcycle trip solo. After a couple months I came home and everything around me had changed (ok maybe not surprising) but changed for the better and all I did was nothing. What I realized is that for that 2 months I stopped creating opinions, I stopped judging, all I did was observe the world around me and made decisions to tend to my most basic needs. This was not obvious to me for a long time once I was back at home. I would spend many nights out on my deck contemplating what happened when one night it hit me, everything I perceive with my scenes and compute with my mind is corrupted, therefore can not be trusted. It's important to understand that corruption starts the first time you misinterpret something with your senses, because that becomes the filter you use for the next frame of reference. I will tell you after that night shit got crazy, what was going on inside my mind was enough to get anyone committed! I held strongly to the idea that I was in no position to draw conclusions or judge even my own mind and soon it passed. The peace that is left has no description.

Just found this video, cracking work! I left Facebook, Twitter, Reddit etc a while ago, due to the constant echo chambers and self serving information. Obviously I'm still on some social media, here for example, however i do try my best to be devils advocate with any information i see/recieve and never just accept info at face value. I think my world started unraveling when I married a sociopath. Learning what he's capable of, made it easy to see how corrupt this world really is & how far back the lies go. Even I am guilty of half truths at one point or other. I also feel that religions too, have a history of corrodeness in thinking their beliefs are the truth and righteous. I'm hesitant which to attend. My head spins wondering where, if any, are the good, wholehearted, enriched people? And how do you know if they're not a wolf wearing sheep's clothing. Preying on the innocent? I try not to let myself be consumed with sadness. Because that's what the darkness wants... For us to be afraid, depressed, doubtful, confused, bias, and.. alone, etc. But Despite our different beliefs and stories we've told. It is our nature to love. So, Instead of just waltzing past someone on your path, Smile at a them. Wave to everyone who's eyes meet yours. Give a compliment to a weary stranger. It'll surely make their day, and you'll feel good as well. As an educator, I teach teenagers to question everything. Question themselves and be open to opposing views. I teach sience and science is not about right or wrong. It is about being okay with being wrong and challenging ourselves to not be correct but to embrace fallibility. We want answers but even the answers need to be questioned. The sure fire way to figure out whats going on in the world is to observe the people around you in your neighbourhood - you’ll see the trouble makers and you’ll see the good ones. Juxtapose that onto the world news you’re seeing and you’ll be able to decide who’s probably the good guys and who are the bad, hence what is most likely the truth.

This video made me realize im not losing my mind. Im actually grounded in it in a way.

I came to this realization a long time ago and I learned to just go with the flow. The things most people believe in are probably the ones with the most truth in it. And try to learn as much as possible about how things work on a scientific level so that I can apply as much logic and reason as possible to find out the truth. As for me science is the only tool I have that seems to actually work.

I was just telling someone yesterday that I was feeling excluded from an event and I wasn't sure if I was actually being excluded or if I just believed I was being excluded, because we can't always trust our own personal perception and we very often create the reality we live in even if it's an unpleasant one. In a way, we are all prisoners of our own minds. Understanding this can be very isolating.

I love this convincing conspiracy stuff. I never heard of you and UKposts has been pushing this to me for the past week. I believe that pretty much everyone is average intelligence and have faith that most people can do most things. There are outliers, sure, but I'm probably not one of them. Listen to people as if they have an entire life of experiences to believe what their point of view is, and work to put yourself in that mindset so you can try to understand why they think that way. And that if you don't understand, it's ok. A lot of us are outliers in certain categories, but that is typically because that's where we spend our time. I remember when I was in AP bio I was told our soap was super concentrated, so I asked if I should cut my soap at home with water to save on cost. The near unanimous response was to just use the soap, but I never got an answer as to why I can't cut it with water. They just said "use soap." It just reminds me that I'm someone who questions more and believes less. Anyway, good video with a fun ending. I hope we're not in the matrix, but the programmers probably didn't put in there that physics goes away if you don't believe in it, so remember that falls and cars hurt. Even if the car was never there.

I have always questioned and searched for my own answers to, do my own research into things and always trying to take a balanced view by looking at multiple papers and looking at study groups, size basis demographics findings and as much as I can find on them including funding and outcomes, I will look at many and not from the first source that pops up, most of the ones that you really want to find are hidden in a sea of those that are there just because. Like everything from studies to news and to your mechanic they are only as good as the process involved and the ethics and integrity of those who do the work, many over the years have been targeted and tarnished because they won't alter findings and compromise their integrity. A lot of this reminds me of a story my older brother told me. When he was driving down the road, he said to his friend "look at those turkeys!" His friend said "You idiot! Those are geese!" they proceed to get into an argument about it and eventually turned around to prove who was right. It turned out, the left side of the road had turkeys, and the right side of the road had geese. They both were correct but weren't able to change their perspective on the situation that the other person also could be correct.

A year later and it's even more confusing... on purpose, of course. Only place you can go for the truth is inside oneself. Best not to judge anyone for anything. Not even yourself. Unconditional love and forgiveness for all, including oneself is where we are. It's what we need. Kudos to this video speaking the truth that nothing we hear is the truth. I felt better as a human being because I behaved better I noticed that social media always had me in a continuous frenzy, making comments defending those comments, responding to comments I didn't like, based on my bias and I ALSO tired of ingesting copious amounts of negative energy from people stories, revelations, opinions and scams... etc! AND that negativity started to bring me down! So what I understood from this video is that humanity can never get perfect. While the human race has progressed in terms of finding better solutions to problems at every step, by understanding the problems better and rectifying the misconceptions at every level, we will never get a 100% accurate understanding of some of the problems we are facing and thus the solutions we implement for those problems will still have flaws and loopholes, so if we look at our own progress from one particular perspective there is a strong evidence (technological) that we are moving in a straight line peaking upwards, but every time we try to understand our problems we only observe those things which we can observe, so even though we May get better at understanding problems and getting rid of misconceptions and moving forward we will still be stuck in an infinite loop(circle) of trying to rectify mistakes and imperfections to 100%, which is something like starting and ending at the same point of trying to get everything right, which is impossible. But a dangerous aspect to this is that we May cause harm to one another in a way that we cannot comprehend just like slow poison and we will completely fall apart mentally before witnessing anything positive , so I hope that people realise how important it is to support one another in tough times be it poverty unemployment homelessness or any other issues without turning around and ignoring issues, because we May never know, we May be causing issues in a way that by the time we realise that we could have contributed to those issues without physically harming one another its already too late, so there is no point of judging or blaming anyone for any type of issues (like personal issues because of bad personal choices or public issues), but this kind of thinking does not apply to all cases

This video really got me, back in the days I had some problem with my neurological system so when I wake up everyday I had to ask my parents what happened yesterday to make sure it lined up with my memories. but the thing is my memories today, might just be my brain created some alt reality that I don’t even realize. Questioning everything is a good way to not let urself be pulled into something, like politics, investments, scams, fake people, etc... But don't go overboard and dig deep like "are we in a matrix?"...so what? Not like you can do anything about it if you ever found out, holding your own truth is better than never trusting anything because you're always digging 3 layers more deeply, just always keep and open mind and always be curious, sounds simple, is actually hard, but keeps you going on an open path.

This a great video and great primer for people that never question their convictions and where they may of gotten them. When it comes to childhood memories there are people who will claim their upbringing was abusive and children from the same family who will say that it wasn't so. Just to take Michael Jackson for example, LaToya came out and said her father absolutely was abusive and yet Janet Jackson always denied it. Now which part of that is just the person's subconscious defense mechanisms jumping in to shield them from the abuse, who can tell. As far being fed a steady diet of lies and manipulation, whomever controls the media controls people's perception and from there motives and action en masse. So it can be said that whatever story, lie or manipulation that you are listening to, that is what influences and hence controls you. Most people have the mistaken belief that their minds are so strong, so impermeable, like a fortress, and for most people, if not all, that is simply not true. That being said, I believe we are hardwired to always consume something, be it data, information, drama, food, drugs, alcohol, sex, dopamine, whatever. I don't think there is anything we can do about this drive as it is necessary for the organism to survive. We do have say in what we consume, however, provided we have choices available.

Its like I've known this this whole time. I felt this, saw all this since I was a kid. I can see what happens to us in our inadequate state of self awareness while at the same time being entrapped to our own knowledge only being able to describe things as we create the meaning and definitions for them, not really ever understanding the true reality of our existence. We can only tell tales that are symbolic in their understanding to what life really is. Thats all it really is. Facts are just really well thought out and articulated stories... limited to the systematic understanding we created was used to create the story. So here we are. Silence, is the only real reality, and music, the only truth.

This is a subject that has troubled me greatly for some time now as I am sure it has for innumerable others. No one is telling the whole truth, some aren't telling the truth at all, but anything said can give you a hint to what the truth is. I believe in the existence of universal truths, that is a belief, but it's not based on nothing. Sitting here typing on my phone I feeling the gental motion of the rooms cool air on my face. I feel my neck hurt from my poor posture. I taste the last remnants of my lunch. I feel the pressure on my knees and feet, and much much more. I am real. This moment is real. There is a reality. No is dream as real as this. I don't not know the whole truth.. of anything. I never will, and that's okay. I wonder towards the truth. Towards a faint light breaking through the trees in the distance. Nothing is meaningless so long as there is meaning. Knowing the meaning is not needed for a thing to have meaning.

I say we keep fighting for a better world until we can no longer fight anymore and what i mean is until the improvements that we are fighting for, run out. which will never happen but we know that we shouldn't waste our lives, we should live them and do what we decide that we do even if we can never ever achieve complete satisfaction and true happiness we are human beings and we need to accept this and understand their still things we need to fight for our world. This is why i wanna raise a community where everyone can be together and raise awareness of this! Theirs still happniess that we need to keep going so lets do it.

Honestly i just think we should all focus on ourself being honest. I am trying it these days and i fail a lot of times with small lies. Its a disease. But at least i'm trying too look at my own defaults and doing so, i hope that people will follow.

It's best when someone close to you can guide you through life's existential crises, but in the absence of such resources, a well-made video like this provides a much needed nudge for many. Getting to the other side of the "what is really real?" canyon is necessary to be effective in creating the world you desire as an adult.

You know what, I actually have doubt in my head about, who first talked about perspective. But the word PERSPECTIVE is the main thing in it's own.

I've been watching society devolve for the past couple decades now, but It still shocks me that phrases like "back on his bullshit" can be part of a headline nowadays. There's just no class anymore. I'm old enough to remember when journalists were at least mostly respectable and objective- you knew to expect gossip and opinions from talk shows and the National Enquirer, but you could largely trust what you heard on the actual news. Now the news is nothing BUT gossip and opinions, and every gender studies major with a laptop and strong opinions can be a "journalist" now. Critical thinking is all but gone too, replaced with emotionality. I get ragged on a lot for being a centrist but that's pretty much the only rational position anymore. Making the internet user-friendly played a huge part of how we got here, humans are simply not meant to be this connected. Having our every misguided thought and feeling validated and applauded is creating a society of narcissists. AI is going to be our next huge society-destroying mistake too, mark my words.

Awesome video brother. Although I agree that subconscious bias is basically inevitable within news reporting, (especially anything political) even if they try to be unbiased, I think that the attachment to ideas or concepts people make for any variety of reasons is what truly shuts them off to balanced perception. Programming we've all been subjected to since birth is deep and hard to affect but if one is brave and strong enough, you can counter act a lot of it through self awareness....true self awareness.... Where its painful and embarrassing and life changong.....where it takes lots of work and hard truths that most people usually avoid at all costs so their subconscious gets used to the pattern of hard-to- accept truths are covered or hidden and denied while comfy n convenient stuff gets highlighted and anything that supports their delusional belief is all that matters.

The crack started opening when I realised that I had at least 5 different stories of my, then, latest venture. All completely true, but all utterly unique... based on different set of facts and omissions... in response to the different relationships I had with the different listeners... as there is only space for so many variables in a sequential, linear, verbal narrative. Then a cascade of events broke the rest... till: "Why, oh why didn't I take the blue pill!". When you truly discover the complete utter relativity of reality you have no ground to stand on... not even a solipsistic you to attempt it. Unless that is what you're after... keep biting into that fruit of the tree of knowledge... ... for once you've taken the red pill there is no turning back. As was stated by so many others, I am surprised to not be alone with these feelings. A large portion of life has been spent being a self proclaimed majority of one. So knowing others can see the reality does not bring comfort nor does it bring this overwhelming sense of “A-Ha! I knew that I was not suffering from severe frontal lobe trauma”. Some may perceive that as being overly pessimistic but the truth regarding the truth is so much scarier than anyone wants to accept. Sorry mankind…faith in you = zero.

This is why I never trust one source for any news, and I always assume there is more nuance to any given story that I am being fed. If it's a story of importance, I'll check out 3-4 sources and intentionally look for ones with different view points. From there, I favor information that is consistent throughout sources. Then I have to decipher the accuracy of the inconsistencies between the sources. If they cite studies, then I'll read the study or at least the summary of how it was conducted and if it was ever repeated. That is super revealing, and in many cases people citing studies never actually read them. If there is a wild accusation of something, then I do further research. In many cases there is truth to both biased cases being presented (and omitted). Hence your half truth argument. Combining the half-truths of both sides allows you to paint a more accurate and nuanced picture of what might be going on... However if you're shooting for 100% truth or accuracy on anything, then you'll go mad.

Great video! It’s important to listen to all sides of issues. Sometimes your theories are reinforced and sometimes you hear something that changes your perspective. It’s important to consider all possibilities. Even uncomfortable ones. One theory that I consider about politics is this:what if both sides are set up to benefit the real owners of this world? What if Republican vs Democrat is really just a distraction tactic as is good cop bad cop. They are there to keep us focused on the fight between our parties so we don’t realize what they are doing that we could stop if only we came together as us against the small number of owners. And on another topic. Even though it’s kinda childish….some of those Mandela Effects really screw with my head. I have a strange occurrence that happens to me….. have you ever sent a text where the response was too immediate to be reasonable? Where you have texted a question and the response comes back as soon as you hit the send button?

The problem with social media is how humans choose to use it. It doesn’t have to be a dumpster fire that spreads all over. We collectively make it that way 👍

I liked the video because it points out an important thing: The only thing I can ever know for sure is the very existence of my mind. Even my identity as a human being, my body, my nationality and so on _might_ be an illusion. At the other hand, I _must_ assume that it's not. The most important thing for a living being is not super accurat knowledge about how the world works but living, and you can't live without trust in anything. In order to afford food, you must spend money, hoping that the guy who sells it to you does believe in money just as you do. You have to trust that the food itself is not poisoned (Austrian mathematician Kurt Gödel feared poisoned food and starved to death). If you go anywhere by cat, you have to trust that it hasn't been sabotaged such that the brakes don't work when needed. And so on. There's another thing: The placebo effect. It might even work if you know that in a certain medical there is no real agent. I had such an experience and choose to believe in it, and this helped.

I love this video. It takes me back to my childhood when nothing seemed to make sense. I told myself when I finally become an adult I will understand things. And all the adults told me they know less than me. Things are just as mysterious as they are for you. The centerpiece is we can never be sure. Maybe at death, if that even exists. But it comes down to self reliance and trust. Trust that you and I are good and bad and it can teach accountability. Thanks for this journey into the unexplainable. Try not to knowingly harm anyone and to not judge your self and others too harshly. Reality is unspeakable and we have the capacity to experience compassion and courage and integrity and respect and love. Yes, there is our darker side but I must trust in the ultimate unspeakable feeling that we all are on a journey and it is up to us to choose the best that we can. Reality may be a mystery but when playing a game play the game as well as you can. Whether GOD EXISTS OR NOT I CHOOSE TO BELIEVE AS IF HE DOES. Thank you for this experience.
