They're probably the ones who rebuilt it. They came home and found both gardens destroyed, then realized that without each other's nice gardens to be jealous of, there was no reason to keep arguing. Or they decided that no fence meant it was easier to see if the neighbor was ACTUALLY responsible for the crazy stuff happening. OR that's a completely different garden (perhaps at the abandoned house nearby?) to which all the gnomes moved after their original owners assumed they were destroyed and replaced them.

What also didn't get mentioned is that the parents of Gnomeo and Juliet also fell for each other.. you can see them leaning onto each other and holding hands near the end of the movie, and then in the "couple dance" in the credits, they're also dancing together. Pretty freaky for a childrens movie

why Does this have FEWER SINS *THAN TANGLED?!* Edit: I keep getting replies that say "because sins have no value" and nonsense, which is kind of a moot point since sins are the value system of this particular channel. It's the same if a reviewer gave one movie a 6.5/10 and another an 8.8/10. Those are values that measure their overall enjoyment on both an entertainment and technical base, right? Same here. You can't say sins have no value, because while they don't affect any opinions in the real world, they are the official opinion measured on the basis of this channel. Therefore, should the better made movie not have fewer sins? Even if it is "just a number," a number is still a number, and I want the numbers to be valid, because they're valid to the *viewer.* For the real reason this might be, The #6 Runaway Guys Fan left a very well thought-out take in the replies. Perhaps his standards have changed and there are some things in Tangled that he no longer considers "sinful" because those are conventions of the Disney canon. Well, the closest parallel to Mercutio is probably Benny's hat, since Gnomeo attacks Tybalt in revenge for said hat's destruction. Imagine the hat leaping off Benny's head and going into a three page long speech about Mab the fairy queen. That's accurate to Shakespeare.
