Not necessarily, his boxing was amazing in the poirier 2 fight. John Kavanagh did say after the loss, that was the best version of mcgregor he'd seen.

@@valvevac-systemchecker3773 I don't know if it's surpassed him. But he lost to an absolute legend in Poirier, who's one the best lightweights of all time. For me he simply lost to a guy who's been improving for years in a close fight.

Seems like in featherweight he had a karate stance, in lightweight he had a boxing stance, and in welterweight he had a Muay Thai stance. And that’s how he fought in each weight class with each style

Well he’s not super young anymore , he has to conserve cardio. After the whole leg break fiasco everyone figured his game so now he makes sure he can check kicks.

Maybe one considerable difference, the narrowing between the front and back foot. I don't think wide like this is ideal though.

@@malachite072that’s a good one. Also see the difference in where he places his weight. He used to only just tap down in the left leg, but now all weight is between both legs.
