I used pixel experience rom recently but there was an issue I faced the internet isn't working properly even if I turn it on but it got fix sometimes by turning airplane mode on and off

Bro, when the data and cache are in f2fs and if we flash any kernel after which it is not possible to wipe the delvik which causes many issues after rebooting, is there any solution for this.

Flash everything at once, If you're getting issue use other recovery, TWRP 3.7 is suggested or use latest PBRP which is also based on 3,7

Just flash the ROM and format data and flash Realme Ui 2 based recovery after format, then reboot

Elixir 4.1 is a good choice, you get a good experience. I suggest using Lineage OS 21. Best for battery backup.
