On any other show this would have been cringey... Graham has such a way of making guests feel comfortable. You get the sense that he genuinely is enjoying this and isn't just doing it becuase it's the "obvious" thing to do. Graham is the KING of this format.

I can do this just from fencing training. Don't get me wrong, though, this isn't a diss on Mcgregor - it's a compliment. Even though I could do the exact same moves, I don't have Mcgregor's charisma or presence to make it look nearly as awesome as he does. It's really what makes him such a great actor, that he can preform even the simplest things with the jenesequa to make them amazing. If you gave any sufficiently skilled fencer a GFX team, they could make a badass lightsaber fight. But none of us could bring to life the presence and character of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Mad respect to the man. A reminder of why I'm just a fencer and he's an a-list actor.

I like how he was all set to fight them both. I remember seeing a video of Ewen Mcgregor and Ray Parker practicing their fights for episode 1, and it was all full speed and contact. Like, of one of those guys missed their block someone was getting hurt. Then after ward, they would have to straighten the rods they were using for sabers, because they would get all bent from the power of the hits.
