Not even, and it doesn't matter because Trump leads Biden to the point of no escape. If the election were held every day between now and November, Trump wins every time, and there is nothing that can prevent Trump from winning the election from prison, after which he will simply pardon himself. The polls are all the evidence you need, and if Trump were to lose the election with such statistical favor, then you'd need to be literally brain dead to not know it was rigged.

Maybe the definition of immunity changed. It hasn't changed for the rest of the world leaders or diplomats. it just changed for Trump. But i does make sense. How else could you justify election interference.
