I find it so annoying when ppl say stuff like “the regular season doesn’t matter” it absolutely matters. You’re not going to the playoffs without winning during the regular season, beating the teams that you might see again during the playoffs. The problem is transitioning those wins that matter from the regular season to the playoffs

The point is, every year that they don't get to the SB, people can say that. In the last 11 years, they've lost in every manner. One and done a few times. This is the second year, they've gone 1-1 in the last 5 years. Last season, they lost by the skin of their teeth in a tight match. A couple of seasons, they've been totally outmatched. This fan base is filled with people who just say this, because for them, it's SB, or bust every year. Really trying to figure out, how it's the same every year.

Even little things like forcing Andrews back into the lineup getting TE1 snaps over Likely was insane given all the chemistry and rapport and timing built over the last 2 months and you just throw Andrews back in there in a game of that high stakes in the rain and all the other diff variables. You don’t run the ball when that’s the Chiefs biggest weakness and you been doing it all season. I don’t have an explanation for it honestly

Those DB's knew if they didn't do that he'd Moss them. The sack fumble was on Stanley. Could Lamar have taken off? Yes, but Stanley got beat in like 2 seconds! The QB coach needs to let Lamar know if he goes through his progressions and it's not there to take off. OBJ was trying to get him to do that, but it seems like he didn't listen.

Exactly Gus Edwards got a first down on 2 of his 3 runs and 3 of his 4 touches and yet didn’t touch the ball again rest of the first half after that first run. If you look back at the Titans game you could even make the case that Gus other 2 runs were unsuccessful even though he should have had more. And the Titans had more than a 7/10 point lead. That was not the case this game. And there is the hindsight of the Titans game which makes this even worse. This is actually the worst coached games of all time given how the Ravens went away from their strengths and didn’t exploit the Chiefs weaknesses. It’s so bad that if I were more conspiracy minded I would lean into the idea that Monken outright threw the game

The Ravens were 40-40 in 2013-17 before they got Lamar. They were 4-5 before he took over as a starter in 2018 on pace to miss playoffs for 5th time in 6 years. They win because of Lamar and in spite of Harbaugh. Lamar definitely felt the pressure of Patrick Mahomes in the other side of the field, hint the reason lamar was so focused on big throws because he felt the needed to score against mahomes or he would definitely lose seeing how it was 14-7 when he took to long in the pocket and fumbled. im frustrated that the coach staffing either weren’t collaborative enough or mature enough to come together as a team to say lets use our strengths because this is a long football and run the ball more.

This is just funny. After 2012, we didn't even sniff the playoffs. 2018, this kid took a lteam with a losing record and took us to the playoffs. 2019, we sucked as a team period in the playoffs. Lamar didn't play great but receivers dropped passes consistently. 2020, he wins his first playoff game. Out for 2021 and 2022. Comes back 2023 and takes this team to the AFCCG but your done with Lamar? That makes a lot of sense 😅😅
