Good sparring. This is how it should be with beginners. Unfortunately, most gyms throw beginners into the deep end they get wrecked hard.

That’s a good base to start from for the beginner. Kept his hand up as much as he could, but Ree Moo’s pressure is real despite the intentionally lighter punches and will drain a lot of fighters out there if they ain’t ready. It’s amazing what just straight volume, plenty of cardio, and foot position will do. Love the sportsmanship, but just the right amount of meanness, especially some of them body shots, to let em’ know that you can play boxing up to a certain point before the hurt starts to happen.

That Asian fella always makes darn good boxing content , his skills are wonderful , he should always feel proud of himself
