I've seen too much Pallywood to take it seriously anymore. Dozens and dozens of times it turned out to be fake, with "dead" people moving or blinking, and "crying" mothers starting to joke and laugh as soon as they think the camera is facing a different direction. The bill contains $9 Billion for "disasters and refugees" (most of which will presumably go to the Palestinians), several billions to restock the US military, several billions for CENTCOM in general and hundreds of millions for anti-terrorism protection in the US. If I counted correctly, "only" some $10.4 Billion are available to Israel.

If it wasn't the US, it was with US permission and/or knowledge. All attacks were directed at either Iran, or Iran supported militants, then obvously Israel is the culprit, and Iran can return the favor at its convenience.
