Yes city are without a few of their players but other teams have been recently and in the past and have had to cope and have done so. 2 key players left city in the summer and have exposed a weakness in the Manchester city team and it's simply down to that. City in time will get back to winning way like all good teams do but in the premier League time does not wait for no team to get good results and by the time Manchester city come out of second gear it will be to late to win the title. Of course city have had many years of success and played some nice football but in the time they were doing they were long way of real Madrid or Barcelona.
