Went to the heart of Ohio today. I’m from Florida but my kids and grandkids are in Ohio. My daughter and I had the best time ever. My daughter found the most epic vintage clothing that doesn’t get mentioned as much as glass etc. beautiful clothing . It was a bucket list fulfilled for me

The 1950’s metal chairs are cool. I picked up a few in rusty shape and got them into looking good again. Also the glass lamp is cool. The Coke machine is cool too.

The metal chairs are fantastic! They look so good once restored. My parents had several at the cottage along with the matching table. You worked hard today. Glad you were able to find a few worthwhile things to buy.

This was someone’s home. I can only imagine how things get to this point but I know it transpires over decades. Also, agree with what others have said; toss some gloves and masks in your vehicle in the event you wind up in this situation again because those pieces are rife with mold spores, bacteria, and dust mite droppings. All manor of potential health complications from these exposures.

Cats? He said cats? (I'd have left the stuff and made off with the cats!) I'm with Lucas on the old truck; the body looked straight and it's begging for a crustoration. The hoard indicates that guy and his wife need some guys who scrap for a living to come through and haul off a few loads, if there are such in your area. 05:14 The green marble clock and that red metal cart it was sitting on needed to go along too. Around here those metal carts go skating PDQ. The clock was just a nice chunk of rock, suitable for clocking the basement mice!
