I just wanted to say that your comments is truly what I needed to hear today I have been battling some illness and that's a cyst on my spinal cord and it makes it hard for me to walk bend and even sit I have 13 yr old daughter and I can't really di much with her I'm fighting depression and anxiety and irritability and anger and PTSD and paranoia and I'm a single mom and I need help with buying things my phone is about to crap out on me and no one will help me get me a new one which is only 80$ which is needed badly for so many serious reasons I give my heart and my shirt off my chest for ANYONE ALWAYS HAVE ALWAYS WILL but never get n return I'm so sad and heartbroken I just need prayers that someone will c that I NEED not want BUT need this phone and help the doctor's make the pain go away and etc.. thank you who all that is and has read this! If you're prone to anxiety and panic attacks it might be a magnesium deficiency, check vids on magnesium citrate or bisglycinate for more info. People call it a natural anti anxiety, helps relaxation for sleep too. It can be found in leafy greens, nuts, dark chocolate, but if you're not much for salad and veg it's harder to get.

recently my anxiety came back, psychologist told me I have panic disorder, which can be solved but it will take time and it will be hard. This helps during the hard times. For those of you struggling now, it's ok to feel weak it's ok to feel low and to have all those other negative emotions that get you down, life is hard, but don't give up! You’re afraid? I’m afraid too. Just know you have someone right here who understands. we get so caught and stuff our emotions deep inside until we get real low and all those feelings of anger, sadness, regret, doubt, pain…come crashing down. It’s hard sometimes to have the courage to continue with life. But remember the good times, all those times you just looked around and felt whole inside. I’m writing this for me as much as anyone else, it’s ok.

Beautiful landscape, imagine if you could lay down on a little boat covered in warmth, and just enjoy the landscape and the aurora borealis. I live in the northen part of the world (Sweden), and get to see it sometimes, it's magical. 💫 Super relaxing music, I fall asleep fast when listening, and that's unusual because of insomnia due to chronic pain. Here i leave this comment to remind myself how i felt. Met a wonderful person 2 weeks ago and now my whole soul wants her, never ever felt a feeling like it this hard, kept thinking about her day and night, and whenever i do, i feel the burning flamy butterflies inside my belly. Feeling so alive... Yet too much overthinking gave me alil bit pain and i ended up calming myself with this music and meditation. Will try my best and hope it work... I suffer from lupus and the pain my body feels every day is insane, I put my EarPods and listen to this and slowly my body relaxes and the pain seems to ease up, love this so much it’s my own way of coping with the pain

This is amazing...I needed something to help me calm down and get to sleep for an hour or so in between my day and night job. I tried this today and I don't even know when I have fallen asleep and after an hour I felt as if I had slept the whole night. I just started my night job at home with great energy.
